  You couldn’t ask for a better person than Jerry, to assist you in real estate! Jerry was very helpful in purchasing our first home. Very thorough on all aspects of everything, to ensure we understood exactly how everything worked. Goes above and beyond when viewing and arranging viewings, from knee deep snow to crawling in basements, he still maintained a smile and a happy and positive attitude. After a couple of viewings, Jerry had a better understanding of what we were looking for, than we did ourselves! I cannot recommend Jerry enough for anyone who is looking to buy!

  This review is long over due. I am not social media, internet savvy but I feel this is the best way to express my gratitude to Jerry Boyles . Jerry’s endless patience never giving up when another roadblock came our way. No Realtor would have taken it upon himself to do the legwork that really was all up to me. Not living in Newfoundland coupled with the resent loss of my 50 year long soulmate. Jerry took over.all the tedious tasks regarding my parcel of land in Torbay. I have owned this property since 1979. The other realtor experiences were VERY DISAPPOINTING to put it mildly. Jerry kept me informed. Advised me, putting my interests first. Not the quick easy sale approach. Perhaps I need to be careful not to praise him too much, or he’ll get too busy to continue to help sell my lots!!! . To you Jerry I apologize taking so long to write this review,as you know I have had (unfortunately still do) health challenges that have preoccupied my thoughts) There is so much more I could say regarding Jerry’s professionalism yet it is also his compassion and understanding on a personal level that makes him unique, despite having never met in person (believe me I know since I was a realtor for ten years) so much so that I just had to call his broker to give my positive feedback directly. It was a lengthy call and it quickly became apparent that I was not unique in my feelings regarding Jerry. To you Jerry.   We are SO glad we got introduced to Jerry. We were house-hunting in St John’s while we were across the country in BC. We had a bit of a deadline to meet, to find a new home. Jerry went to see the homes on our behalf and if they looked good, he went back with family members. He provided us with photos and videos from the homes along with his professional commentary to help us see the pros and cons of a place. We found an awesome house at a great price, and couldn’t be any happier with our realtor experience. Jerry is the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  I believe I could not have sold my house as fast as I did without Nicole and her team. It was a complicated situation and there were many roadblocks throughout the process, she was there to navigate each one. Nicole’s patience and understanding did not go unnoticed as she aided in managing my stress and anxiety during the time the house was listed. I could not have managed without her.
