What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I also felt the cosmetics lady was condescending and rude. I came into buy a perfume and was put off by her attitude. She made me feel like I had to get the perfume I came in for and get out. Rather than browse around to be sure that was the product I wanted.

The Chanel cosmetics lady has always been so helpful and great, she even texts me to let me know when product are in stock (it has been a while since I’ve seen her). But my experience this time was off putting and ultimately I didn’t even bother looking at the scent I was interested I just left the store.

  2. There always seems to be some issue when picking up my medications, but this time was borderline incompetent. I was told that my medication was available; heard an assistant scan the medication; received a text confirmation that my medication was available; yet when I went to pick up the medication was told it was all one big mistake! That the medication was on back order. And they that have no clue what could have happened between the less than 24hrs I received the text message that the medication was available and not knowing when they’ll receive a shipment. I’ll be switching to another pharmacy. I’ve just experienced and witnessed one too many of these unnecessary, and frankly potentially harmful incidents. You’re dealing with people’s necessary/live saving medications. It’s rather unfortunate because it’s a convenient location and most of the staff (despite the blunders) are pleasant and try to be helpful. But obviously there’s some larger systemic issues at play. Just look at all the other negative reviews.

  3. Last week I booked online for the high-dose (seniors) flu shot and Covid shot. When I got there this morning, I was told they were out of the high-dose flu vaccine. The pharmacist said they didn’t enough staff to warn people with appointments in advance. Why doesn’t the Shoppers online system have an easy way for a pharmacy to send automated broadcast texts/emails when they run out of vaccines? Also, almost everyone in the line up had booked ahead, yet the pharmacy didn’t have adequate staff to handle the expected bookings. I came early and had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time for the shots. The pharmacist and the pharmacy assistant were courteous and professional, but overall my impression was of poor management and communication by Shoppers.

  4. Very poor customer service. Pharmacy did not fill complete prescription of two items as ordered by the doctor. They forgot to include Paxlovid in the order when picked up by my husband, who had to make two trips late in the evening after first trying hours after it was called in by the doctor’s office, told it was not ready and come back in 30 minutes. He waited over an hour and returned and was still not ready, waited another half an hour and then the pharmacist forgot to include what was really needed, the Paxlovid. Next day, I never received promised text to notify me and when I called back early afternoon was told the order was ready three hours before. This was very stressful and no one apologized for the error.

  5. Update : I was here today 12-12-2023, Dr.RIZWAN , instead of saying YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT in front of all the customers in line just say I NEED TO SCAN THAT MA’AM !!!!!!!!!! You make people embarrassed cause others think there were teying to steal something, in front of your eyes !!
I’d never seen such a rude and unprofessional act ever !! Honestly that was the last time !!!!!
The worst and slowest pharmacy on the planet!! The pharmacists are not friendly except the lady named Shiva.
Their reminding system never works and I have to come to ask to refill my medication because they don’t even answer the phone !!
There’s always shortage of stuff and has a long line to wait for just a question !
The only reason I got my medication from here was the location which is close to my house otherwise it’s totally useless…
