What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I recently visited the Canadian Tire store several times and I must say, it left a lasting impression on me. This large and excellent store, spanning across two floors, offers a fantastic shopping experience. Conveniently located next to a gas station, it provides a one-stop destination for all your needs.
I was delighted to find a Starbucks coffee shop in CT neighborhood, allowing me to fuel up with a hot beverage before embarking on my shopping journey.
The basement floor houses an impressive range of car consumables and accessories, catering to all automotive needs. From engine oil to windshield wipers, they had it all.
Moving to the ground floor, I was amazed by the vast selection of home and kitchen appliances, tools, detergents, plants, gardening supplies, and outdoor furniture. It truly felt like a treasure trove for any homeowner or DIY enthusiast. The store consistently offers good deals, ensuring that customers get great value for their money.
The standout feature of this Canadian Tire store, however, is its staff. The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly and available to assist with any queries or concerns. Their knowledge and expertise made the shopping experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend visiting this Canadian Tire store. It’s a well-organized, well-stocked establishment with a wide variety of products, exceptional staff, and great deals. Whether you’re a car enthusiast, a home improver, or simply in need of everyday essentials, this store has got you covered.

  2. So I went to customer service to get some assistance on a product. Please explain to me how I’m the first & the only person there yet this man does not assist me? Another woman came and stood near me afterwards and he immediately assisted her. As he’s assisting her, another man comes behind me for help. Once he was done with the woman, he refuses to acknowledge that I’m standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM, and begins to assist the man next to me. Doesn’t even make eye contact with me. Once he’s done with the man, he just leaves. I had another older lady who was so kind to help me out. But Hello? If you’re so miserable, please quit your job.

  3. Horrific customer service in the auto department. I showed up early, to my appointment made weeks in advance, to get my tires changed and had to wait over two hours. Normally that would be fine, but the reason they asked me to show up early was to make sure I could get my car in. I had to cancel my evening plans due to their greedy overbooking. They didn’t get my car in until after 4:00! The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. I don’t typically exaggerate but he called me a liar to my face, mocked my physical disability, and laughed at me when he saw I was getting upset. All the customers in line behind me (several of whom had to wait over four hours!) were incredulous. He wasn’t wearing a name tag, but he had brown hair, balding, with glasses. For what little it’s worth I will never return to any Canadian Tire for any mechanical work, and this guy should never hold a position in customer service. Simply embarrassing! I am writing this in disbelief.

  4. Exceptional service! Brought my car in for tires change and oil change, the team went above and beyond. Honest and fair pricing compare to dealers and other auto repair places and the work was completed promptly. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire experience stress-free.

Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto repairs. A++!
