  3. It was a very challenging job, but Jason stuck with and did an absolutely wonderful job. I am highly satisfied. Now I’m reviewing a new job. Jared did an excellent job replacing my water shut off valve. Explained things well. Efficient. Professional. Pleasant. Would recommend either plumber.

  4. Joe and Sherman had a large job ahead of them. The old cast iron main sewer stack in my nearly 100 year old home was in need of updating. Randy and Sherman not only replaced all the grey/black water plumbing in the entire house but hooked up my kitchen garbage disposal and bathroom vanity fixtures . They were both extremely professional and put down drop cloths to keep my floor clean. A+ outstanding service, very impressed !

  5. Called yesterday Sunday 4/23 @ 1:20pm and did get the answering service. Explained the situation. They were sending out a dispatch and also I did request a call back. Today, Monday 4/24 @ 9:30am still no call back and no one has shown up to do the repairs. Wilson replaced all plumbing in our house but yesterday the plumbing under the kitchen sink literally fell apart. I did go down to the basement to check on the pipe that goes down through floor. It appears that due to lack of hangers the weight of the water draining weighed down the pipe and pulled the drainage pipe apart. Apparently Wilson does not honor their warranty since they have not yet called or shown up. Thanks Wilson for the water I had to clean up under the sink and my husband thanks you since he is returning home a day early from camp to repair your GREAT!!! work.

    Excellent experience with J&J Plumbing. Had an issue with my water heater and they were out here the next day and we ended up replacing our current system. The technicians (Justin & Jason) were professional and took time to explain the process. The quote process was simple and easy and we were provided with multiple options. Justin and Jason did a clean install and everything looks great. They were also able to troubleshoot and fix a pipe issue with my sump pump during the water heater install. I will be using J&J going forward for my plumbing, furnace, and electric work!

    First time using J&J. They were very professional and informative. Cory came out and serviced our A/C and did winter preventative maintenance on our furnace. He explained everything he was doing and even suggested a near future furnace replacement due to some issues he found. Austin and Dave came out to install a new furnace in a timely manner. Also very professional and were very efficient with the install and clean up. I will use them again and would highly recommend then to anyone.

    Jeremy came out for electric to add more outlets to my garage and install a new camera and outdoor light, and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up after himself when he was, very friendly, and on time! I also had Scott and Blaire out for plumbing issues and they were great as well! All three guys have great manners and are very personable. J&J just earned a new long term customer!

    This company is great. The person who scheduled the service was very kind and understanding. Preston came out and completed the repair. He did an amazing job. He explained what happened to my pipe to cause the leak. He explained What he did to repair the leak in a way I could understand.     I had a clogged line in my bathroom that was backing up my shower, my toilet, and my sink. I called Roto Rooter and they could not have been more helpful. After six and a half hours of hard work in the rain, Manuel and two other guys were able to unclog the drain and get the water flowing again. Their snake got stuck at one point and they had to do a high pressure spray but they were finally able to get the roots and debris out of the line. I couldn’t believe the condition of the pipe which I saw on their cameras. Roto Rooter has equipment that my local guy just doesn’t have. Thanks again for all of your help and also for the taco restaurant recommendations, Manuel! You guys were great!

    The technician that arrived to my house was Manuel. He was at my house on time for a clog issue I’ve been having. He asked for a detailed account of my plumbing issue then performed a thorough examination of the pipes under my basement. After the inspection alone he gained my confidence and trust that he would be able to resolve the issue. He cleaned out the pipe until it was cleared. He took his time and never made me feel like he was rushing to move on to the next job. He recommended a camera which if he had one the root of my problem could have been solved in one night. I highly recommended Manuel. He provided great service and was very friendly.

    Before and after picture of our kitchen sink stack!!! Rudi took care of everything! This man needs a raise, bonus or both! Very nice gentleman, explained everything in full detail and worked his tail off for hours! I highly recommend…just ask for Rudi! So happy to have my kitchen sink back!

    I came home to a big water leak, I called Roto Rooter and they fixed my issue. I tech names Rusi Mwonyonyi came out and worked extremely hard to find the leak,repair the leak and install a new water heater. Roto Rooter has a full staff I was surprised on how fast they came out and more surprised on how the entire staff works as a team. My leak was coming through the garage and when Rudi noticed how severe the damage was he called tech support. Within 10 minutes two managers came out and stayed with Rudi until my pipes were fixed and the leak stopped. Rudi went above and beyond,he was extremely polite and respectful of my home. I would give ten stars if I could.

    I called three companies and none of them were competent to fix my plumbing issue. I finally called Roto Rooter and Rudi came out. Rudi was confident,knowledgeable,spoke in layman’s terms and most important got the job done.
