  It’s always been good service experience but after few time you need to find another hair stylist. becoz old one stop providing services and ask to get appointment. First they give good services and when you become regular they start showing you they were very busy and he can not attend you without appointment.

  They are fooling customers. I called in advance to get an idea of how much hair spa will cost. In salon they not only increased the final cost by 400 saying my hair length was longer and they told me charges of medium length, they didn’t mention that charges vary as per hair length and taxes are not included which was 200 plus itself. Also we made a membership with them in Mar-Apr this year but again in October they said we don’t have any membership with them. They charge 100 for yearly membership. So if you are looking for a budget friendly place avoid this one. They also never mention charges while suggesting any service in salon nor accept card payments. An honest service is always appreciated.

  Unskilled staff, pathetic attitude, they pitch all sort of service while they don’t have basics in right place. I had to change hairstylist midway and still walked out unsatisfied. I had worst haircut of my life today. The cashier was polite to understand the issue and didn’t charge me but that doesn’t change the outcome. Poor in attitude and even poor in skills.

  He was not an expert, he didn’t know what hairstyle to give to whom, he also forced facial which caused bad effects on my skin, I just wanted a good hair cut according to my hair and face. Instead of the charges of 480, I did not get a hair cut even worth 4 rupees. The name has increased, only the work is small. Disappointing first time here.

  Today I took the hair cut , i had very long long nice hair, i told them don’t shorten my length but after saying so many times the girl Poonam had shorten my hair.   Good Salon. Clean, hygienic, interiors very pretty. Services are professional. Nafeez, Ankit and Ravi are great for hair. I got my Keratin done here and my results were very pleasing. The manager makes it an effort to look after everyone’s services and does not make clients wait. The Kerastase Range is splendid.

  Found the perfect place for all my salon needs here. The welcome was too good for a new customer like me. The staff is friendly and professional. Time to time status of individual customer is taken. Service is nothing less than 5 star. Haircut and styling was like I have renewed myself. For pedicure I suggest you ask for Arjun who is very careful and professional in what he does and for nail art you guys can ask for Jyoti who makes sure your first time at nail art is worth it.   Mr. Neetesh who did the haircut has a deep understanding about hair types, it’s quality and condition, and what kind of cut will suit you the most.

  The main thing is they emphasize on what customer is expecting rather than suggesting and convincing on expensive treatments for money making purpose.

  Mr.Nitesh took notice of every minute details I told him about my hair condition and how I want my hair to look like.
  And trust me it was just perfect and far better than what was expected.

  Had a really bad experience. Booked for a 3 day wedding. The guy literally just applied Nivea and set my hair and charged 3000 Rs. per “makeup”. He applied Nivea one more time than planned and I had to pay Rs. 3000 for it. Imagine arguing over this just moments before your wedding. The owner is extremely rude and is not at all compassionate. If you don’t believe me wait for their reply and check out other 1 star reviews.
