  The overall ambience and behaviour of staff and owner is really good.
  As for Makeup and hairstyle.
  I would say it was okay, hairstyle was not exactly how i wanted there was a weird bump which the hair dresser created in my curly hair style which i did not see at that time and got to see in pictures 🙈 real bummer.

  Makeup i guess was decent but nothing outstanding or that you wouldn’t get anywhere else. Base can be more flawless because i do my own base using mac and bobby brown foundation and I don’t see as many open pores as i did that day, owner was sweet she said she will redo it if ia am not happy but the thing is you don’t get that much time. So i would suggest that if you feel any changes get them done immediately .

  And one feedback which i got is that i was a shade darker than i am actually.

  One really disappointing thing is there is no trial makeup facility which is very important.

  The beauticians here have been using expired products. For pedicure that I got done today, they used cucumber mint face pack and erased date of expiry at the back. This is not the first time they have used such product, already warned them once when i caught a beautician using expired product during facial which had date of expiry printed at the back. Now they r fooling customers by erasing date of expiry by some remover. This is degrading the brand value of LAKME, which once used to be. Neither r they prviding system generated bills since last few months, everytime coming up with excuses. We r spending hefty sum for expired products. I strongly suggest check the back side of skin products, lakme always has date of expiry printed. If it is erased, BEWARE

  I always get bob cut as i have short hair. Asked the stylist multiple times to be careful and gave clear instructions, shared the picture as well as to how i want it. I’ve never been this disappointed with the service provided. After messing with the haircut they didn’t even acknowledge that they’ve made a mistake let alone correct it. Will definitely not recommend anyone who’s looking for a professional haircut and styling.

  Had the worst experience ever. I have dry curly hair when I went to the salon they pushed me to get keratin treatment done. It was my mistake that I got persuaded. I paid 8500 rs for 50 min in which they did absolutely nothing. Just a hair mask kind of stuff, steam and straightening thts done. My hair felt even more damaged. In the name of haircut the girl literally cut my existing strands and said she is done. Nothing can be done as ur hair is very rough.

  Bad Service. I asked not to cut too much hair but she did very bad haircut. My long hairs are no more long. That lady has no knowledge. Please don’t go for hair cut specially from that lady. Just hate that lady and hair cut done by her.

  The reception staff gave misinformation about available products and services. I ended up with a service not suitable for my skin which was very painful. My friend had a clean up which was poorly executed.

  The facility is very untidy, poorly managed and not so well trained/informative staff members… they really shouldn’t call themselves a salon and spa.. because they are not!!
