They removed tree roots from my exit pipes as wide as a forearm, they quoted me $7K but because they didn’t have to go as far as the city access line, they got it to around $5K. A less scrupulous plumber would have lied and still charged the full amount. They showed up on time, they cleaned up after themselves and they explained exactly what they were doing. At the end of May our AC went out. I called Iceberg to get a quote. Their “Comfort Advisor” was very knowledgeable and professional. Of the three quotes we chose Iceberg because they appeared to have a good reputation. They installed our AC unit June 2nd and the installers let us know that a cover would be made for our ducts, within 2 or 3 weeks. 20 days later there was no cover. The woman I spoke to was friendly and said that they were running behind, and they would give us a call when it was available to install. Nearly 2 months later and I have not received any word from Iceberg. I call on a Friday 7/22, the receptionist tells me that she will give me a call back in a couple of minutes. Two hours later I call back and they say they will send someone out that day. They did not show. I called again today, Monday and am actually scheduled to have someone come out tomorrow. Will update if this issue is rectified. I am not usually one to complain or make mountains out of molehills. However, I feel disrespected and lied to. My money and my time is valuable and I should not have to call a company numerous times to get the service that I paid for.
My technician was Cody Hall, and he came out to do a diagnostic test on my AC that started making a horrendous noise two days ago. He was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, patient, and thorough with his explanation of what could be happening and all the options I had to resolve the issues, including options for their twice annual maintenance plans for upkeep. His service was very professional and he was an all around pleasant guy! This company is prompt, professional, and my experience with this technician was a great one. 🙂

Paid $159 for a service call that provided no service but actually was a sales pitch for a new A/C system. Was told my refrigerant level was low and my electronic air purifier was not working.
I followed up their visit with another company the next day. System was completely checked out and found in excellent condition, refrigerant level and air purifier both fine.
Not sure why Bryant has listed them as “authorized” dealer.
Best customer service I have ever received. Very fast response time with clear communication. I called with a breakdown at 9am and the job was finished by 1:30pm that’s including travel time. The tech presented himself and the company well and he was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the breakdown and told me what I could to prevent this from happening in the future. What’s even more impressive is that they do more that just A/C repairs. It’s nice to know that I have one solid company I can depend on for all my home repair need. Thanks again Iceberg!
Aaron came down at 10pm and got to us so fast too! He was incredibly professional from the very start and I was beyond impressed. He installed a new UV system to help keep any bacteria away from our unit and cleaned everything after it looked pretty bad initially. And he did it in one trip! He also made sure to help us understand the details of each service they provide and showed us multiple options that fit our budget. We’re so grateful for these guys and they’re highly recommended!
