  1. Very professional. Arrived on time and completed the dishwasher installation, having me test things as he went. Then he offered to hook up my stove to save me another install appointment tomorrow. He moved the appliances outside under my carport for easy pickup later. Very pleased with the young man’s work.

  2. Matthew arrived and promptly began assessing the plumbing concern. He then worked tenaciously until he resolved the immediate problem. When I asked what else was needed. He informed me of other procedures that would assure better outcomes in the future. Plans are for him to return in four days and begin the process to locate, dig out, and repair the main line. I greatly appreciate the fast service.

  3. Personally I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. In the midst of a fence installation I came across water underground about two feet, given this was after a storm, but I just wanted to make sure. The technician looked at everything and taught me how to properly read the digital water meter. All in all no leaks and I was more than happy to pay the service charge I see other people complaining about. 10/10 will call again. Thank you.

He literally walked me through everything he was doing because I asked if I could shadow and learn. I would highly recommend roto-rooter and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

  5. Work was fast and looked successful, but the cleanup effort was very disappointing for that price. They covered up the drain line for my ac, left the cap off of my cleanout, and I had to go smooth out the driveway and remove excessive gravel myself to get a decent grade on it. They also left track marks and torn up grass in my neighbors yard which didn’t go over well for me. At least smooth the dirt out and pick up your cigarette butts. Covered up a strip of concrete with four inches of gravel which isn’t going to be sufficient in the long run. I was also pretty surprised to not see a tamp on the job site the entire time. The work was completed quickly and personnel was polite, but get ready to spend a Saturday cleaning up a total mess. PS: I approved their quote the next day after they came out, and THREE months later I had to call them to see about getting scheduled. I’ve used these folks repeatedly over the years, but for nothing this big. I feel you should leave a site as good as you can or better than you found it – not get in and out asap. There’s definitely some quantity over quality vibes going on with RR.

    Jake replaced our master bath tub spout today. He has done many other plumbing repairs for us in the past including faucet repairs, installed a hot water heater, etc… Jake is ALWAYS courteous, on time, respectful of our home, and explains everything he is doing or that needs to be done, giving us options based on what we prefer as the customer.     I attempted to get a quote from Walley Plumbing for a plumbing issue, even knowing about their $55 quote fee. Had them come out about a month ago and have had communication issues since. I was sent an invoice for $155. They charged me an out of service area fee even though they said nothing about not being in the service area when I scheduled the quote. So I attempted to call them to discuss the fee. It took at least 4 phone calls to actually speak to an employee of Walley and not an answering service. And I didn’t even receive the quote until a month after the fact and I had already hired another company to fix the issue. Overall, a subpar experience and if this is in any way a reflection of how they conduct the rest of their business I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. I would not recommend anybody do business with this company. P. S. I still haven’t been able to pay even the original quote fee because they don’t have an online portal and have to pay over the phone. Did I mention that the people who answer the phone aren’t Walley employees and have to send your info to Walley for a call back even if you are trying to pay!

They came in, they assessed the situation, they quickly repaired my leaking water heater outflow pipe, and were out the door after only 37 minutes – start to finish. I couldn’t be happier!     Very affordable plumbing made me very happy to know they don’t overcharge you and they fix everything they see as they go very fast working and I will be calling them again if anything else I tried a different plumbing company before and they overcharged me did not fix the problem but this plumbing company knows what they are doing and gets the job done very much appreciate them!!!!!!!     I’m leaving an A+ review because Larry and Josh went above and beyond for us once they were able to get here! The challenges they met in our 2 story older home were mind boggling! They were really nice and beyond competent! They repaired a truly complex problem in an older home and did so with such kindness and respect for us and our home! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! In fact, we have already decided to have them do another job for us as soon as I am well enough from health issues I have been dealing with!
