Josh and Anna came to our home and walked us through the process of what we were facing after a soft clog flood occurred at our home. They took their time with us, explained everything and even dealt with insurance claims to take the stress off of us. This has made a very stressful situation 10 times easier on us to have these guys who really do care and go above and beyond to get the job done. Editing to add the other staff that came through our home during our whole fiasco. First I want to start with Jo Jo. Jo Jo came in on a Sunday and fixed the initial issue that caused our flood. He was punctual, nice and a hard worker. He later came back for the additional problem we faced with an upstairs leak, and again walked us through what was happening and got us fixed up to hopefully have no more problems in the future. Then there is Casey and Kim. These two are the absolute BEST! I was so thankful for them. They became like family after spending over a week every day in our home cleaning up the mess that occurred! These two are what me and my husband refer to as the dynamic duo! They were the real MVPs in this process! Had an emergency situation: outside spigot broke off and there was no shutoff for it under the house. I called Meetze and they had someone out in an hour. I got a quote for the repair and for a new water heater (I was actually getting ready to replace it but after the broken spigot I gave up on the idea of DIY). 4 hours later, I had a new spigot with a shutoff on the pipe, and a new heater with new heater hut and all piping (except the original gas line) replaced. It was a bit spendy, but I feel that the quality of the the work, having it all done by a professional, and their 6 year warranty made it well worth it.
John did an excellent job replacing the flange that had broken. He was timely, personable, fixed everything quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use him again!
Have spent well over $8000 with this company when they showed up. Now, I refuse to do business with as they have been a no show twice. I took two days off to wait on these clowns. No one would call and tell they were going to be late or not come at all! I talked to management about their total unprofessional behavior and was promised they be there that day. Guess what? They were a no show again. I was lied to by the management! I’m happy to take my money and give it to someone who wants it. Apparently Meetz has decided they don’t need my business or anyone they consider a peon. One day all of this repair work they’ve been doing on frozen pipes will go away and they’ll have to turn back to their bread and butter customers. Like me, many would have already left. Avoid this chicken outfit.

Company charged me 900$ to change 2 toilet flanges in 30 minutes. They installed the locking nuts backwards and cranked one toilet down so hard it severely cracked my floor. This was almost a year ago and I’ve reached out multiple times since. So far all I get is apologies and assurances that they will make it right but they have done absolutely nothing to fix it and it doesn’t seem like they ever will given that it’s been going on a year. I don’t recommend this company.
I called Meetze around 9am and by 1pm the same day they were here fixing my issue. Highly recommend. Logan was our tech and he was very kind and professional.
