  1. The only thing good I can say about this company is they were prompt for their appointment. I needed repair work done to the faucet in my shower. He did the repair but installed used parts and charged me full price as I found out later on. He told me they didn’t make that brand of parts anymore but he had something in his truck that would work. Being naive, I accepted his word. He showed me his repair work and that the leak had been fixed and I was accepting of that. He stated he would put everything back together and clean up. After he left I went into my bathroom to see there was grease all over the tub, on the wall, the bathroom door knob, and the countertop. There was something gooey in the tub by the drain that took me forever to get off. Something urged me to call a couple of other companies to see how much they would charge for the same job. Both companies I contacted were within the same price however their quote was for new parts not used ones. I realize I only looked at the repair work and not the completed job so I take responsibility for that but to install used parts is not the way to do business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  2. These plumbers are the absolute most professional and curious I’ve seen in my 78 years. They are best on prices and I’m the cheapest guy admittedly. Only have good things to say fixed many things same day had all they needed. Recommend highly to friends and family. I will only call them

    These people were asked to complete a simple repair—changing the internal ball and chain in the tank. He offered to replace the entire toilet (2 of them). He said the company requires him to tell me 3 options. The 2 toilets need simple parts replaced that cost in total about $35 to $75 when purchased from Home Depot or Lowes. He thought I would pay him $600.00 for the simple substitution. Company is not fair in terms of the pricing. The Aztec representative also had an obnoxious attitude. He definitely just wanted to run the price up. These people are nuts! What a waste of my time. Was supposed to call before coming and didn’t do that either.

    A positive reflection of AZTEC. Joel and Taylor displayed EXCELLENT TEAM WORK!!! Painted very clear visuals for the scope of work. Overall, simple and clear communication on terms including the warranty items. I would highly recommend Aztec Plumbing!

    John Fernandez, Aztec plumber, has done two jobs for me at different times this month. He showed up on time, evaluated my plumbing needs, described service recommendations, showed me options with total price and absolutely no pressure to do the work now. That was just the beginning of a good experience. He replaced two 50 gal water heaters in my garage along with a hot water circulating pump. His work is precise, pipes level, joints cleaned and he is organized and neat. My experience with John and his work couldn’t have been better. He worked that day until 9:30pm to complete the job so we could have water. The cost is expensive in my opinion but I feel like I’m getting the best service possible. No trip charge, add on’s, or truck oil leaks in my driveway. The price is comparable to the experience.

    Use caution! I had a simple minor drip in my toilet. They replaced the insides. Since then toilet overflows from the bowl due to water not going down every few flushes. They have been here 3+ times now to fix it. It’s been a total nightmare. We NEVER had an issue with this toilet not flushing properly until they touched it. They keep showing up with people who can only do one thing? The last one “fixed” the problem while we weren’t home (huge mistake on our part). When it happened again the new man called him and he said “ I flushed it 20 times and it went down” when asked if he used toilet paper “oh I don’t know”. Are you kidding me? Clearly if you just flush a little water it will go down. Same thing today Man thinks it’s working just fine until a few flushes later when he added toilet paper and the water started to rise. He claimed he didn’t have a snake on the truck – despite being a plumber? Despite begging dispatch to send someone who could do everything to fix the problem. So it’s just never fixed. I have been cleaning up the floor of pee and …. For days every time the water rises out of the bowl. Best part… they keep charging us. By now I could have had a new toilet. I am just beside myself.

    After Hurricaine ian, my plumbing was backing up inside the house. I had complete collapse in my old clay lines and backup from the city. After the storm, I had two other plumbers come before Gator. It was a completely different experience when James and Jake showed up this morning. They were punctual, they were so thorough, they were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and super pro-active. They found issues that the previous teams had not come close to finding. They did NOT PRESSURE me to move forward on expensive plans to repair. They were honest about options and ways I can, potentially, go forward with my older home.     It took me a month to get a part for my water heater. I had to call every 2 or 3 days until they finally came and fixed it. I had a $10000 job scheduled with them the next week.The owner pulled his plumbers when they showed up to the site. We had demo going on in 2 bathrooms .The demo guys were working in one of the two bathrooms. Rather than have the plumbers start in the bathroom that was unoccupied and work on a shut off valve that I needed installed , he pulled his workers. When I called him he was COMPLETELY unprofessional and rude. I have never had a contractor talk to me like this. This could have easily been solved by one phone call. STAY AWAY at all costs. There are a ton of other companies out there. I had a whole project get moved out 10 days because of these guys. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about this experience.

    Incredibly disappointed at the response and service here. I contacted them for a pool pipe repair. When the workers arrived they said they didn’t have a part and would return the next day. I reached out the next day and was told they would arrive between noon-4pm. That was yesterday. I reached out at 5 yesterday and again this morning and zero response. Update: Still no word from them, however, the job that they quoted me $325 for I was able to fix myself for $35 and about two hours of time. So, thanks Gator Plumbing! 💪🏼
