  2. Matt was our plumber today. He was communicative, punctual, and knowledgeable. He explained what was going on with our drains and thoroughly explained my various options and what the cost of each option would be. Matt worked quickly and was very professional.   3. Nathan WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! HE WAS SUPER PROFESSIONAL. HE DID A GREAT JOB WITH EVERYTHING. MY WEEK WAS GOING DOWN HILL AND HE MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH BETTER. He was super positive, very friendly, and was very knowledgeable in everything that he was doing. He explained everything he would have to do and kept me up to date with the process. I am so happy that he was the person to fix the disaster in my basement. We had sewage coming up but not anymore.

  4. My family has used Roto Rooter for a lot over the last couple years. From running a whole new sewer line (last year), installing a sump pump in the basement (this year) to fixing some leaks and installing a new faucet (two weeks ago). Each time they have been professional, clean and super efficient. They detailed the options for each job and did what was selected. Mark came out to my mom’s two weeks ago to fix a couple leaks and change her faucet. She found him to be super professional, courteous and all around awesome. He cleaned up any messes made and it looked like he had never been there when he finished. Before leaving her, he stopped and asked her if there was anything else she needed him to look at before he left. Before him, Kyle came out to assess the damage to see if additional services would be warranted. Each of them were patient and kind answering all of her questions politely and professionally. The leaks are gone and her faucet running as it should. Job well done.

  5. Everyone I dealt with from the initial call to the service technician was professional. I like that they sent a project manager out before the service call as a courtesy to see if I needed help with clean-up. I thought that was very good customer service. There was a delay in getting the technician to the house but they communicated with me until he was there. Again, good customer service. And my service technician, Joe R. was top notch! A very nice guy, put up with a lot of my questions, I felt at ease dealing with him, it was just an overall great experience. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again and hope that Joe R. Is my service technician!

    First company to arrive on site on time. I asked how they would like to get paid, they said cash. I asked how much, they said to bring $180 in case they have to do extra work. I live down the street from the property and was going to grab the cash once i knew the actual cost. They drove away. I said I’ll bring however much before the service and they refused to do the service. Aggravating. Waited all day for them to come, could have called another company, and now I have to wait until tomorrow to get another company out there.. kinda screwed me over today..

    I have used RM 3 times now at different properties, 1 of them being at my personal home. This is a competitive field, so it’s important to find someone qualified. All 3 times, Jake/Jacob has arrived- he is thorough and has multiple types of sewer cleaning machines to get the job done. They also have camera scope equipment with the best features to pin point the problem and give all possible information with locating device, etc. RM is my go-to for sewer cleaning and scoping- great service at a fair price.

    I highly recommend Root Masters! I was dealing with reoccurring plumbing issues that other plumbers were unable to figure out. Root Masters was responsive to our calls and took care of the issue.     I highly recommend this company they did a fantastic job! Another plumber came in and got the snake stuck in the pipe and the only option was to have it dug out. These guys pull the permit, and next morning we’re out to do the work and finish within five hours. City inspector came back out and everything was approved before they covered the new pipe. Very professional and they did an excellent job!!!

    Our family has used Plumbing Techs twice, once for issues regarding our plumbing stack that had been installed incorrectly by another plumber previous to us owning the house and our second issue was with our kitchen plumbing freezing over. Martin was dispatched in both instances. He was punctual, communicated effectively about what he was seeing, the fix or fixes that we could consider and explained what he was doing while he was doing the work, and cleaned up after he was done. We will always call Plumbing Techs for any plumbing issues we have with our home.

    I have to say, I think this is the first time I have ever felt good about a plumber, but these guys were great! Way above expectations. We had a leaky water heater and they were able to fit me in and get out here that same day to fix it. The price was very reasonable, the technician knowledgable and the communication was outstanding. When I first called the heater was actively spitting water so Randy, who answered the phone, walked me thru how to shut off the water so there was no active leak. When they couldn’t get there at the time they initially thought they could, the office called to let me know and make sure it was okay. Definitely would call them again.

    Best Plumbing company I have worked with period Not only do they know their stuff and have fair and reasonable prices they are prompt, courteous, and care about their customers and their satisfaction. No service company I have worked with is this well run. I have used their services twice and had a great experience both times. They recently did a great job cutting out my old toilet flange for a new one which was not an easy job as well as replacing all my valves for my Half Bath that I gutted.
