What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Great experience from start to finish. I needed a valve replaced under my kitchen sink to accommodate a new dishwasher. I called, they set an appointment, the tech communicated his arrival and showed up exactly as promised. The job was performed quickly and neatly. The price was fair and actually less than quoted as I already had the braided line they had planned on providing. Logan was professional, timely, friendly & polite. I honestly don’t know what else you could want from a plumbing company.

  2. I received an estimate of $5,700.00 from another company to tunnel under our house and repair a hot water pipe break. Legacy Plumbing said no tunneling would be required because the leak is in the wall. Bottom line: Legacy Plumbing did the job for over $5,000.00 less! I should have called them first and will do just that in the future. I believe in the integrity and honesty of Legacy Plumbing and am happy to highly recommend them to anyone.

  3. Once my husband and I discovered that we had a foundation leak, I wasn’t sure who to call. I reached out to friends for recommendations and I received several including Legacy Plumbing. The soonest any plumber (from any company) could get to our house for leak detection would be the next morning (24 hours from my discovery of the leak)….BUT Wayne and Tyler from Legacy Plumbing found a way to work me into their schedule and called me to let me know they could come in just a few hours. They arrived shortly thereafter. They were dressed neatly and quickly verified that I had a slab leak. Then they began working on their plan for repair which would begin early the next morning. They used the least invasive method to fix our slab leak, and they were careful to ask where I would like any necessary cuts to the drywall. They explained all of their work to me in detail and even replaced the drywall once the leak was fixed so that I could easily finish repairing/repainting it. They were great at explaining payment options to me, and they allowed me to make my final decision on payment after the repair was completed. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone. Be sure to ask for Wayne and Tyler, too!

  4. I had a wonderful experience with Legacy Plumbing when they replaced two of my outdoor faucets! A different plumbing company previously looked at the faucets and told me I would have to break into my brick exterior walls to replace both of them. Legacy was able to fix one of the faucets without doing this, saving me tons of money! Jeremy and Brandon were on time, friendly, and professional. They got the job done quickly and my faucets and exterior brick are as good as new. Best plumbers I’ve found!

  5. We selected Legacy Plumbing to help us resolve a leak under our sink, based on all the terrific reviews we saw online. They were a delight to deal with, from their customer service person that we spoke with initially, to the plumber who came to our home. This is a well run, professional company, which offers great service at a great price. Thank you for assisting us so quickly and efficiently.

We had a busted pipe from the big freeze and have been without water since 12/24. We called several plumbing companies and no one could get to us until 1/3. After expressing my gratitude about them having appointments he let me know they really didn’t have appointments available- it was most likely a glitch in their system- and he had 17 extra calls today because of it. The fact that they STILL honored those appointments when they truly didn’t have to says everything about this company. Praying we don’t need a plumber again for a long time but if we do, there is a 100% chance we will use them again!

I had Still Waters Plumbing come out and install my Pelican whole home water filtration system and from start to finish the process was a breeze. The front office women were great in getting my initial request down and setting up a consultation. Jeramie was on time for the consultation and after looking over the system manual for maybe 30 minutes was able to give me a reasonable quote for the entire install. I had another plumber out earlier who didn’t even mention the permit we needed. From there scheduling the work was easy, they had great availability and pulled the permits for me so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Day of install Jeramie and his associate (I wish I could remember his name) were on time, took about 3 hours to install the entire thing and at the end walked me through how everything worked. They set the system up in a way that made it super easy for me when it comes time to change out the filters and based on the pictures I saw online of others peoples installs these guys did it in about half the wall space! I can’t recommend them enough, I’ll be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward. Bonus: They text you when they are on their way, which is super nice for me because it gives me time to put the dogs away.

I had been without hot water for several days and called the plumber I had used previously. He was on a large project and could not take care of me for about a week. So I looked on line for a plumber close and discovered Still Water Plumbing. The day I called they were out within two hours took care of my problem within a few minutes I had hot water, simple fix and a very reasonable cost. Jeramie Kee text me with his picture right before the arrived. He was informative, knowledgable and honest. This company is top of the line! Lu

They came to my new house and quoted $679 to replace a kitchen faucet and water filter faucet. I had my own faucets. For me personally, that is too high and my faucets did not even cost that much. I called beforehand and sent pictures so they can give me a price range without me having to pay a $79 visit fee. But unfortunately I lost that money as they could not give me a price range with pictures. They came down a little bit lower upon me asking, but it was still too high for me. I am sharing this review so others know about how much to expect for this service. Reply to owner: You just stated that $300 is the flat rate for faucet, why didn’t you tell me that upon me asking over the phone and uploading pictures on your website for a quote? This would save customers $79 and time. $675 or $529, I got the work done for less than half at $225. And it took 30 minutes. I appreciate your follow up though.

Service performed: Reworked all supply piping above both 50 gallon gas water heaters, to replace prior poor installation by builder’s contractor and also due to heavy corrosion on one cold water supply line at the dielectric union. Replaced and relocated expansion tank due to improper sizing (a single 2.1 gallon tank for two 50 gallon heaters, replaced with a 4.5 gallon tank) and poor prior installation (tank strapped to wall). Brant at Earl’s Plumbing was very responsive and communicative. He had scheduled for both Jason and Justin to come out for this repair. We had discussed on the best approach to resolve this issue and glad that the heavily corroded dielectric union was able to be extracted and replaced. Very happy with Jason and Justin’s services today. They are both very approachable, professional and gained my trust for the repair. Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! Kudos to Earl’s Plumbing for being a responsive and honest local plumbing company.

If needed, we will be calling Earl’s Plumbing again. We recently found out we didn’t have a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) on our house that was built in 1993. The pressure was way too high coming into the house. Called Earl’s and was given a quote over the phone. After checking with several other companies, they were the only one to give us a confirmed price range. Called them back and they got us on the schedule the very next day. The next day I received a text during the window of time I was promised with the name and qualifications of the licensed plumber who was on his way to our house. The plumber arrived and explained exactly what he was going to do and exactly what we needed to do (turn on faucets). Several hours later he had us turn our facets off and open just one faucet on the tub. We then checked the pressure on all our faucets and we were good to go. Because we didn’t have an access box in our flower bed prior to Earl’s work, the plumber had to dig up enough dirt to fit one in. There was a lot of excess dirt, so he asked if he could spread it around. If you ever need this service and you recently added mulch, I recommend you rake the mulch away. We need mulch, so the dirt spread around was fine with us. It may look a little rough in the pictures with dirt spread around, but I understand he’s a plumber, not a landscaper. We have water at a pressure that won’t hurt our plumbing and we now have an easy access to turn off our water (hopefully we never have an issue that needs us to that)! Thanks Earl’s!

Earl’s Plumbing crew was super fast with our new tankless water heater installation, and very friendly and informative – answering all our questions and showing/explaining to us our new system. They were also very respectful of keeping our home tidy, wearing shoe coverings when walking through areas of our home to test the water, and laying down runners from the front door to the upstairs attic area where they were working. The pricing was very fair and we are extremely happy to be rid of our 2 old 50lb tank water heaters. From quote to install, this process couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and we sincerely appreciate the services provided. We’ll definitely be recommending them to our family, neighbors, and friends! Thank you Earl’s Plumbing for an excellent experience from start to finish!!!

Earl’s Plumbing was awesome! We had a pipe burst in our attic, fortunately it was over the garage, on Friday, 12/23. We called Earls’s at 2 PM and Danny Tucker was at our house by 4:15 PM and had the pipe fixed and water up and running again by 5:30 PM! Since we were not established customers, we really appreciated the quick response. Earl’s Plumbing saved our Christmas as we had family arriving from out of town that evening. We were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the service was, too! Highly recommend!
