They came out and performed the required tests to diagnose my issues. Once the issues were noted, I quickly received a quote for the work. The technician who came out went above and beyond with his attention to detail and quality of work. I had my sump pump and drain line replaced with high quality parts. I also had a water filtration system installed for my well. Austin saved me I think thousands of dollar based off other quotes I got to replaced my water heater, he replaced only what was needed in my case a valve. No attempt to get me to do repairs not need at this time but he did point out what should be replaced when i need to get a new unit. When a customer call a service provider it is a little stressful becuase in most cases the customer do not have the knowledge to understand when we are being taken advantage of and we have no idea what price we will be given. It is very nice to have a company who understand that and make every effort to inform and set a sense of peace and trust with the customer Superior Plumbing and drain really care about the customer –not just how much money they can make off the customer. Within 30 minutes they replaced the thermocouple, and I paid $294.94 By evening the water heater wasn’t working again. I called on Saturday and their after hours tech said they would need to check the controller and order parts. I asked for a quote for the additional repair versus replacing the system. He could not provide a quote for either. I called several other plumbers including Busy Beaver Plumbing who were able to provide quotes and schedule the service. He called me back to tell me he was not coming anymore since it was a holiday weekend. I should have been told that yesterday before given a set appointment. I had someone else that was willing to come but I wanted to honor the appointment I made with Massey. I had Travis out to my house to fix my shower hot water faucet and a seperate time Taylor out to fix a leaky refrigerator supply line. Both men showed up on time, had great customer service, and were knowledgeable enough to get the job done in a timely manner even including a supply run. $99 service is included if any work is done. Our pipes were backed up and we had sewage in our bathtub and leaking out of our toilet. We called Roto-Rooter and Stan showed up quickly to fix the problem. Stan reviewed the issues with me and gave incredibly helpful insight as to what was causing the problem. He fulfilled his obligation to his company in offering additional services but he did so in a professional and kind manner without being pushy and as a result of his professionalism and kindness, we will utilize Roto-Rooter’s service to do further work on our 75-year-old pipes. Stan and the Roto-Rooter team were fantastic. They dispatched quickly to my home (they arrived within an hour of my call) and were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to quickly repair my garbage disposal and clean out my kitchen drain. Following the work, Stan and his team took the time to share helpful advice to mitigate future damage. They were exceptional!
