  1. I had a plumber come install the new faucet/disposal in my kitchen. The guy came here on time and did fine work. My issue is with the condition in which he left my kitchen after he was finished. My brand new hardwood floors are all scratched up from the rivets and heavy duty zippers he had on his Carhartt coveralls. Naturally, he was laying on the floor in front of my sink working on the sink. Now there are deep scratches in the hardwood where he was rolling around. Not at all happy with this situation. This was all after I spent nearly $1100 on paying them to hook up a kitchen faucet/disposal.

    Extremely professional and stayed a long time, until problem was resolved.
    Honest and explained everything in detail.

  3. My regular plumber is busy today so, after reading good reviews, called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They do not estimate over the phone due to it being misrepresented as a quote and they can not give a quote without seeing the issue (which is completely understandable – not all houses are the same and a similar issue in a different house could have completely different prices). The technician came out and quoted a price more than twice what I have paid in the past. I didn’t want to pay more than double, so I decided to wait on my normal plumber. The technician said a housecall has a minimum charge of $100, but you need a housecall for a quote. So I had to pay $100 dollars for a quote (this is not understandable – you should not have to pay to get a quote). Called in to make sure this was actual company policy, and not just a misunderstanding by the technician – but nope the office said this is how they treat all customers. So if they come to your house, I hope you like the price – if not it is going to cost you $100.00!
    EDIT– They were seriously fast to arrive.

We had garbage disposal replaced and needed repairs for leaking with the faucet & had a new one installed and we are soo impressed with the quality work and attentiveness with the tech they sent us.. I highly recommend Randy and he will the only one we trust for future work that is needed. He’s extremely thorough and detailed and he was very polite as well. Our kitchen sink looks fantastic with a brand new disposal & gorgeous faucet that Randy installed.

  5. Cory has been out 3 times in the past month or so, and each time he has been friendly, patient, determined and professional. I appreciated his follow thru and his willingness to keep trying! He just installed a new sink, dishwasher and piping under the sink and it looks and works great!!

This is the second time Ryan has helped us with a plumbing issue. I’ve been very pleased both times. Ryan is always courteous and does a great job.     I signed up for plumbing and HVAC maintenance services with Master Plumbing & Heating. Everyone I’ve spoken with and who has come to the house to perform services has been great. Gabrielle was helpful in calling to get us on the schedule and kept me updated on when to expect our technician. Richard was timely, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He pointed out a few things to watch for but didn’t try to sell any services we didn’t need. Very much appreciated! Highly recommend these guys.

    All around great experience and service. I called early in the week to have somebody come to my residential property to inspect my tankless water heater. John C. came out in a timely fashion and provided me with the necessary actions to help keep my water heater up-to-speed. John provided great service by explaining any issues at the right level (not too deep in the weeds). He was professional and had an upbeat attitude. I highly recommend John and the rest of the Master’s crew. The front staff did a great job by proactively communicating with me around scheduling. Nice job by all!

    Sean and John came out to replace my kitchen faucet. They had been here once before on another unrelated plumbing issue so it was nice to have the same technicians. They did a great job, they were fast and efficient, kept the area they worked on clean and dry and were knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on things to watch for, types of faucets, why different things were important, etc. I would definitely recommend them and know that for any plumbing or heating/cooling problem I won’t need to worry, I just have to call Master Plumbing and Heating.     We’ve had Bill out to our place twice now to help us out with a water heater replacement, and a blocked sewage line. We’ve been nothing but impressed by his quick work, professionalism, and thoroughness. No one likes to put hundreds of dollars down on fixing utility issues, but with Bill walking us through what went wrong, what he did to fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again, we felt a lot more comfortable with it being a good use of our money. The pricing through Master plumbing was very fair without any confusing or excessive fees. The last time Bill was here, he convinced us to sign up for the Green Club membership, and I can say without a doubt, it has absolutely been worth it. Both times we’ve had to call for help have been on the weekend. With the Green Club, there is no after hours service fee, along with some other benefits to save us money and keep up on maintenance. In just 2 visits, it’s already paid for itself and then some! All in all, if you’re looking for good, quality, and competitively priced work, I’d tell you to go to Master plumbing.     If you haven’t called our local Roto-Rooter for drain cleaning, repair or anything sewer related you should be. I’ve been using them the past 5+ years after switching from another company previously, and I’m so glad I made the change. The quality of service we receive from everyone at Roto-Rooter is absolutely first class every time! I had an issue this week with some drains and gave them a call and they scheduled me in the next day. Then Zach and Terry showed up and diagnosed the problem along with finding another issue I didn’t even know about. Plus, Zach took the time to show me what’s going on and what needed to be done to resolve it. I loved this! Then after he and Terry were done Zach walked me through everything one more time which was so helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
