  1. Plumber came to fix a routine drain clog. Did not put down a sheet or anything while working and spilled grease on my hardwood floors (picture 1). He then used baking soda and vinegar to clean the hardwood, resulting in a huge amount of staining (picture 2). A quick Google search says using baking soda and vinegar on wood is a horrible idea and can do permanent damage, so I am in disbelief that he did this, likely ruining my floor. Called roto rooter last night to log a complaint and haven’t heard back yet. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Really hoping they make this right, because this service, for which I was charged $585(!), is unacceptable.

  2. I recently contacted Roto-Rooter and there service time was Amazing. Within hours for initial inspection, after review I needed a more serious service (turbo flush) and it was still serviced the same day. Technicians Chuck and Tyler are Great!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

  3. The technician 904 Mike was incredibly helpful. The job was a confusing one, and he even found a septic tank that I never new my home had! He made sure that the job was done right, and was extremely thorough and professional. I will not hesitate to call roto-router again if any future issues arise

  4. Repair man was fantastic. Price was at the high end of what I expected, but it seems the tech had little control over what roto rooter charges. He was honest and upfront with costs and worked with me to solve the issue for the lowest price he could. Work was done well. And in a timely manner.

    Steve came out and was exactly on time for the scheduled appointment and was very professional. I was given a quote very quickly and was given several options on how to proceed. A new ejector pump was installed along with replacing some incorrect piping from a previous owner of the home. The work (and space) were left very clean and I would have no issue recommending JNR to someone in need of quality work.

    Our tub recently developed a clog which we couldn’t fix ourselves. We contacted JNR Plumbing and Rommel came over this morning. He arrived promptly at 8:00 and quickly was able to snake the tub to remove the clog. This is the second time Rommel has helped us – thie first time was to install a new kitchen faucet – and he has exceeded all expectations both times. Such a nice guy and he does great work. We’ll be contacting JNR for our next plumbing issue and will be sure to request Rommel again. Thanks!

    Empire saved me!!, one of my pipes broke and I had water all over the place thought I was making my own swimming pool at home buttt Empire rescued me.     Great experience today!! We had a bad clog in our basement pipes causing slow drains and standing water. We needed immediate help. The customer service and dispatch folks were very kind and got someone out to us same day. David and Alex came right on time and did fast work. They were in and out in an hour, fixed our clog, replaced our pipe caps, and took extra care to make sure all our drains were running well. It was quick quality work, they were friendly and careful with our floors, and they cleaned up after their work. Would recommend and call again!
