  2. Our house was 82 degrees and blowing warm air. I went to check the unit to see if anything was noticeably wrong. Sure enough, our dog had pulled all the wires out of the back of the unit. I called Darville and they sent a technician out immediately. Sandra was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She had the unit rewired (she used stronger copper wire than we previously had) and back on cooling our house in less than 30 minutes. I was worried that it was going to be excessively expensive since it was 10:00 at night and to my surprise it was not. I will definitely be using Darville again in the future. Thanks Sandra!

  3. We were looking for a company that could do a heating system maintenance services. Then, we heard about Darville on the radio. We tried to call when our water heater stopped working. They scheduled us right away and the following day, our water heater tank was checked and a new one was installed. Lina and Paul did an awesome job. They are knowledgeable. We also had our heating system checked the next day by Brandon Behunin. He’s professional; he came on time; and he was able to answer all our questions. Thank you!

  4. I always have a great experience with The Darville company and this time was no different. Marvin and another worker whose name slipped my mind(unfortunately), did a great job replacing my water heater. The whole process took about 3 hours (including cleanup) and I was up and running like nothing happened. I really appreciate this company and their employees, I also use them for my heating and air conditioning and highly recommend them for that as well.

  5. What a company! We needed maintenance on our unit. Due to a lack of people in our area from our AC company, we “borrowed” Darville and I’m so thankful we did. They were able to schedule us very quickly. Dan Igo came today and provided excellent service and teaching! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. He even called me after he left to provide ideas and more teaching. Very impressed. Keep up the good work Darville!

    I called this company to help with a tankless water heater problem. The young lady that answered was very helpful and informative on the problem i was having. Unfortunately, they were unable to send someone until the following week due to the fact it was so close to the holiday. I opted for another company because they were able to send someone out sooner. Well needless to say, going with the other company was a very bad decision. I called Basin Plumbing back the following week explained what happened and they were more than happy to send someone the same day. Allen came out that afternoon and was able to diagnose the problem. Two days later the job was complete. Allen was very professional and very personable. He went as far as apologizing for the behavior of the other company and said not all plumbers are like that. With this experience, Basin Plumbing has earned a lifelong customer.

    The young lady I spoke to on the phone when I was making the appointment was very courteous and friendly. Jesse was timely, courteous and very professional. He gave me estimates on repairs that may be required at different levels. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem in about an hour. I was very grateful for his expertise.

    Do not hire this company under any circumstances. We had a toilet installed by another party 3 years ago that ended up having problems and had City Plumbing out to fix it 2 years ago. They claimed it was fixed and everything was great. It was, until last year we had the exact same problem. Last year, the plumber that came out said the install was the problem and claimed it was all fixed and good to go. We had city plumbing out again this year and wouldn’t you know it, he said the install was wrong despite his company doing the previous repair. Only this time, the plumber came up with all kinds of reasons we would be having this issue and he’d have to run a camera down our line after removing the toilet. BUT!!! It would cost us $500 to run a camera down our line unless we had cash on hand and he could then do it for $300. Any service city plumbing offered, he could do it for cheaper if we had cash on hand. He removed our toilet, tried to scam us out of cash on hand and re-installed our toilet so now it doesn’t sit flush against the floor and rocks when you sit on it. Hire these guys if you want scam artists coming to get as much cash as they can, not fixing the problem and then making it worse.

    Told lady on the phone what needed to be repaired and replaced new kitchen sink baskets. Guys showed up, then left I guess to go get parts. Returned repaired drain pipe that had a hole in it. They didn’t know about replacing the baskets. In my opinion was overcharged but what do you do. After they left turned on kitchen faucet and everything they touched leaked. Ended up having to tighten all of the fittings they used. Was not very happy. We usually have great luck but this time not so much.
