  1. The gentleman that came into my home today was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my steam boiler furnace. He notice that the wires were burnt and it just needed a good cleaning. Once he cleaned and re wired the boiler, everything started working fine. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs someone with knowledge on their furnace!!! Awesome jobs guys!!!

    Kevin once again was great at helping us with a two step process, in that during the new toilet installation, John was able to torque down the prelaid marble base that he prepared for this installation, and it went great, as Kevin was then able to install the brand new American Standard Champion IV 12-inch on a perfect level base so that it was super solid and ready for me to handcut and fit the last remaining pieces of marble around the new toilet as the finishing work. Regal is our first and only call for our plumbing renovations and emergencies. Kevin is very skilled and was patient with me as I quickly completed my task so the installation looks 100% primo.   4. The Plumber that came to the house to do the repairs did a good job even though little of the information from the last visit (investigation of issue) was passed onto to him. On a previous visit before that, to do a shower head repair, again the plumber did a great job, but they never got back to us on investigating whether there was a better part material to use that would last better in the slightly acidic environment. We have been a customer for 40+ years and their work is good, but their follow-up needs some improvement (we waited two weeks and had to call to find out what they were going to recommend and to schedule the work to be done).

  5. I requested service from Regal in the evening because my water heater wasn’t working and received a call to schedule service by 7am the next day. I had a great experience with Randy, who showed up on time and patiently explained everything he was doing. He did a thorough check, and also found my water pressure was off and my expansion tank wasn’t in good shape. He replaced those parts too, and again explained it all. He completed the job professionally and promptly, and I’d highly recommend Regal and Randy.

    Chris was great to talk to! He was able to give us a quote and have installers out to our house in less than a week. Our boiler is 30 years old, and very much dying (dead now), so we asked about our options. Chris told us about mini splits and we decided it was the best option for our home. The team of installers got the job done in 1 day. Very happy to have our own heating and cooling unit instead of window units and natural gas heat. They also safely turned off our boiler so we could remove it on our own.

    This company is as good as their word (advertisement) . Haller came when I called.. on the weekend… for a plumbing emergency! I called every plumbing company that advertised ‘emergency service’ and they were the only ones who not only responded, but came and did the repair!! Like them so much I signed up for an annual inspection so hopefully won’t be in the same situation. The gentleman who came for that check was professional, helpful and willing to help. It was great. Call them- they are good at what they do!

    The technician that came out to my house to repair my furnace was professional and friendly. He demonstrated skill and knowledge on the system and even the history of my own furnace. I was very comfortable taking him at his word and trusting him to make the proper repairs. He immediately thought it was my blower motor, and he was correct. If I ever need any more service I would hope that I get the same technician. I will be using this company in the future.

    The maintenance mechanic displayed a knowledge of the system and a willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I understood that attention to the small details he performed but were overlooked on the last inspection would add a better performance and unit life. He did go over what was checked on the furnace but did not mention the A/C, and it slipped my mind to ask, previous years I believe that a printout of the maintenance checklist was provided, and I would like to receive some sort of confirmation of the work done.

    Brandon arrived on time and was very pleasant and polite. He reaffirmed with us the work he was going to perform and how long it would take him. He worked efficiently and finished within his estimated time frame. It isn’t easy to work on our very old plumbing, but Brandon did a wonderful job.
