- Reviews:As a small business owner myself, I was greatly pleased and impressed with Ferguson & Son. Though relatively new as a stand alone business, the 30+ years of experience showed. After a non accredited tile installer felt the need to install a new toilet collar, it was done shamefully with incorrect style and procedure. This 40 year old house used pvc and lead pipes, which was common in those days. The lead pipe had been so mangled, it was unusable to an experienced plumber. Ferguson & Sons took the time to remove the old lead pipe to reach the PVC 18inched below. They removed minimal concrete and no tiles and added the proper extension and collar. They left the bathroom clean and functional. The young men who performed the job were polite and professional. Because of the local ice storm, they had to call and reschedule and arrived as promised. Although they were referrer to us by Am Home Shield, they would not cover the repair. However, the price from Ferguson & Sons for installation was fair and reasonable. They came in and accessed the problem and went straight to work. They were done in around 30 minutes and the problem was resolved. My bathroom was left as clean as it was before they came. We requested them to be our plumbing company for now on through AHS.By Angela Williams (3 months ago)Nano from this company came to one of my property to inspect the water leak from the water shut off value via my home warranty company AHS. AHS declined to cover the repair for some reasons and Nano gave me a quote for almost $3000 to replace shut off value and few other items eg PRV. I had another plumber look at it and they replaced it for $300 and nothing else needed to be replaced. Feels like very dishonest business practice so buyer beware of this company!.. They came out to fix my air and replaced everything new and did a poor job and caused a big leak in my ceiling.. this has been a month ago and they still haven’t came to fix it and it’s forcing me to have to move..I have a pure hate for this company now..I would not prefer them to anyone ..again this is still a current situation !!!

My parents who are in their late 80’s had an A/C emergency. The pan was overflowing from the attic and water was coming into their home from the ceiling. Called Killeen Heating and Air and they sent a technician out immediately. Rob did a fantastic job and repaired the issue quickly. He even checked their heater while he was there because up the upcoming cooler weather. He wanted to make sure the heater was in good working condition for them. Highly recommend Rob and Killeen Heating and Air.
