  2. I would write a thousand good reviews for this company if I could. The ‘customer experience’ and ‘work quality’ they offer is head and shoulders above any other plumber that I have used before. They are very personable, efficient, and professional when on the job. I wouldn’t choose anyone else from here on out. They even went above and beyond when redoing all of the pipework in my entire house and added a shutoff valve right by my water heater so I can access it from inside the house.

  3. DJ was on time, professional, informative and very thorough in his description of the service needed.
    Monday will be the repair and installation. Hoping they are as thorough as he was.
    All work completed Monday as promised! Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten!!!

  4. We were quoted $997 to install a faucet with existing plumbing, and no garbage disposal. I was very confident that the price will not go over 200 bucks for faucet installation. We have no problem in our plumbing, and our counter was drilled already for the faucet and we have our own faucet and other accessories already.
    It all happen so fast, they were nice, but they came at around 4:30 pm, told me right away that it will take a lot of time, and it’s already getting late. (They know what service we need before we schedule them)
    A little chit chat and explaining with the work need done, they gave us the magic number. It’s $997 with the tail piece underneath. I was so shocked because I researched about it and even in a group of contractor and designer groups who have their share of experience how much they pay for installation. Now I may have to discuss this to our township group to really know the fair price for this type of job.
    So I have to pay the 59 bucks for them to show up for an overpriced work which they have to do the next schedule time if we blindly just said yes to it. He then offered for around $300 just to put the faucet? Which I can definitely do, minus the plumbing work. This is ridiculous. And if they want proof with what Im saying here, I will gladly give them a proof.

    I called in and they explained their pricing and made sure I was okay with it and was able to get me emergency assistance within hours. The gentlemen who came out got right down to business to figure out exactly what was wrong and why we had no water running. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and let us decided what exactly we wanted done. And gave us a price and told us exactly what he was going to do and exactly how long it would take. He had it done in half the time if not sooner. He came in and even gave us tips on how to keep it up to date and what need to be replaced soon. He had a lot of information and useful tips that new homeowners were happy to here. It was a decent amount of money for the services but it was needed. He was very informative and clearly knew what he was doing and even talked about other things the company offers.

    Jared was my repairman and knows his business. He was knowledgeable in every aspect. He explained everything thoroughly. At the end he saved my quote a bit of money. He was training an individual and told him he was a great teacher. Very happy will only call ASAP heating in the future.

    I have neighbors that hired ASAP plumbing. They didn’t have water and ASAP replaced the well pump and switch but found there were many leaks in the copper piping from the acidic water so basically my neighbors needed their whole house repiped. Unfortunately at 84 and 88 my neighbors could not financially afford the cost to complete the job. The cost to complete the job was $3000. After speaking with Ray at ASAP he informed me that ASAP would complete the job at no cost to my neighbors. I will tell you that I have never seen a contractor show such compassion and generosity. The job was completed by ASAP and my senior neighbors had water by Christmas. Thank you Chris and Ray as well as the rest of the ASAP team for bringing such joy to a senior couple in need.

    What a great customer service technician! Not only was he very friendly, he also showed me step by step what he was doing so I felt confident when he finished that my heating system was tuned up and working at top efficiency. He also personally cleaned my plastic filters and fitted them back into the system ( which I know wasn’t easy). I was very impressed!

We had a major drainage issue and needed a clean out installed, and the team came out right away and was able to thoroughly explain the issue at hand and what needed to be done to fix the problem. The team was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and tentative!     Long story short, I had a late night, January weekend emergency with my heating system (oil boiler). My faith in the company I typically use for maintenance quickly dissapeared after they completed a non-chalant emergency service; I wasn’t feeling safe or confident with restarting my boiler! The next morning, Dave from Jenkins showed up – he was professional, informative, helpful, and friendly. He showed pictures and explained every step of the work he was doing to ensure the safety of the unit and my home/family as a result.
