a week agoWell …. My daughter bought us a late lunch. She ordered a 17 combo and two orders of spicy wings. Well they shorted her one order of wings. We don’t live in the area. So when I pick her up from her satellite school the next day. It about a hour to get the rest of her food. The previous day they didn’t give us a receipt. I tried to call the store no one answered.a month agoI don’t typically leave reviews but I felt the need to vocalize how absolutely distasteful the customer service was at this location. The woman working the window today was was acting as if we were asking for the so much but all we wanted was some dipping sauce for our food. We even paid for it but still she didn’t give us what we paid for. She was rude and disrespectful to us when we were nothing but patient and kind. If you enjoy a healthy dose of attitude with your food then this is definitely the place for you.2 weeks agomy friend and I went to that KFC around 8 p.m.the Hispanic girl working the the drive thru that night was so unprofessional and rude. They were out of tea,nuggets and lava cakes and receipt paper. The night time staff were dancing and singing instead of taking care of guest. The manager was hanging at the counter watching everything like she didn’t care. I work in the restaurant industry as a manager and I would have fired everyone working that night. completely unacceptable. If u font want to deal with people and provide good customer service find somewhere else to work . I will not be returning.4 months agoThe grey haired cashier thought my online order was GrubHub and sealed the bag and told me “Everything’s there!” When I got home of course everything wasn’t there. When I returned she barked at me “What’s wrong with your order?” I told her what was missing and she snatched the receipt and went behind the counter where I could hear her tell the manager “I packed this order. Everything was there. Now they saying they didn’t get everything.” It’s been a long time since I worked fast food admittedly, but I thought it was still customary to make sure you were out of earshot before calling the customer a liar. She then proceeded to pack my missing items at the Manager’s order and roughly slam the box into the bag while giving me angry looks. Then she refused to hand it to me, instead forcing the Manager to take the bag from her even though the Manager was busy trying to take the order of the customer she had ignored to go call me a liar and pack my food. The manager was pleasant but made no attempt to curtail the irate employee’s behavior. We’ll be avoiding this location. I’d rather drive a little farther than be abused for expecting someone to do their job correctly.a month agoI placed an order online for pick up. The app does not give you an option for white meat. When I pulled up to the window I told Shaunte that I had a mobile order and she told me to come inside and get it. I told her that I could not come in because I had my kids in the car. She insisted I come in because it was not ready. I told her I would drive around. She said well she has customers! What am I? I drove around waiting in line again. I asked Shaunte when I got to the window & before she gave me the food I told her that I wanted white meat please. She gave me dark anyways. When I asked for it to be changed she stated I would have to come in because it was too difficult. I go inside and give the cashier my order and ask for white again. Waiting 10 more mins only to receive dark meat again. I asked again for white meat. Then Shaunte says rudely I should have waited on her. I don’t understand the difficulty. All that the chicken was burnt and dry

The best KFC spot I’ve been to in Charlotte so far!a week agoI order food it was black and my girlfriend is pregnant we waited for a hour to wait for them to bring us some more chicken and they told us they can’t cook know more after they told us they was going to bring more chicken out… And my order was 27.04a month agoI ordered 12 pieces of grilled chicken, it tuck 40 minutes and it still wasn’t done. Ten different people came in and ordered their food and left and I was still waiting. They need to do better!!😠2 weeks agoFood Was Hot And Good N And Out..2 months agoYea if you want KFC don’t go to this one. They get your order wrong if you even have the chance. Takes 20m just to get to the order speaker plus an additional 5-10m if at all for them to take your order. On multiple occasions it’s been faster just to go to the one on sunset than this one.

Friendly service. Got our food quickly and it was delicious. Nice and clean bathrooms and the dining area was clean and very modern. Served our large group with efficiency and a smile.
This location is fine. You can’t go wrong with KFC especially a busy one! Compared to the other fast food options in this area this one is by far the best place to eat.
Ordered through the KFC app, never had a problem, everything was always ready. Today I also made an order through the application, ordered 1 Ultimate BBQ Fried Chicken Sandwich Combo, paid, the money was debited, but when I arrived, they told me that my order was not in the system. The fact that I showed the check and all the information did not help, they refused to give me the order or return the money. 0 communication, 0 desire to solve this problem!!!
I don’t want to use a kiosk and when asked to you can’t modify what you want my husband wanted a pot pie 🥧 combo and couldn’t do that because it was charging for the drink, ended up getting the 20 box and just fyi that’s 12 itty bitty chicken pieces not nuggets you’d expect. 4 chicken 🍗, 4 biscuits and double fries (which can be changed for other sides) the service was 5 star when the lady put it in for us but we were already frustrated as we’re the other 4 people in the lobby, please understand not all of us want to use a kiosk and I don’t people losing their jobs bc of this item but I’m not sure we’ll be back if we’re going to be forced to used the kiosks!
The employees here are really nice and considerate. The food is on par as any other KFCs. The interior is nicely decorated and it is clean inside.
