5 months agoit’s not a fast food food place , it’s one hour wait food place! this location is a disaster! 35 min for 3 piece crispy chicken ?!!!!!?! a little focus to whom so it may concern. and after the wait this is what u get in the name of fresh , it’s looks like a food-truck is attached in the back of kitchen. plz don’t spoil the name of kfc !5 months agoLook at the drumsticks are poor quality, I just take it out from the basket, looks like fried all day , too dry , looks bad.a month agoHorrible managing from “manager”; she should be fired with the way she treats the STORES customers. Not the clients problem honey.4 months agoI haven’t been to KFC is a while, I decided to go and get chicken and I ordered a 12 piece bucket, I asked if I can mix it and they say yes but with a low enthusiastic response, so I said I wanted half original and half crispy, not sure if that’s extra work but if the option is there why not do it? So when I got to the window I asked once more is mixed right because I’m not sure if you got my order right! (Since they responded with very little enthusiasm) she said yes its in all in there! I’m like ooookkk, I get home, and no mix, all original and my bucket wasn’t not even a mixture of chicken, they only put thighs and drums stick, and I don’t like thighs, I prefer chicken breast and they didn’t put any at all! So yeah, service bad, food bad, the chicken felt old not fresh, and overpriced for what you get in the end, just bad overall, I give them 2 stars because at least I got food but this KFC feels like they will shut down any moment, the vibe, the service and the food is pretty bad! 👎a month agoThe tacos were bad, the taste of the meat and the smell and taste of the tacos were super bad I couldn’t eat them . I been there several times and the same thing the meat taste old, I don’t like to complain but I spent my money here and I don’t appreciate eating food that doesn’t taste good!

2 months agoChicken was undercooked (raw) I am making it a point to bring back awareness and accountability to business who lack proper service and poor customer experience by being impartial or unbiased while being honest.8 months agoVery respectful and family friendly staff fast service. Good variety customer service is v very professional. And the food is made rather quickly.I recommend for anyone that like chicken from KFC.a year agoI went here for lunch 6/7/2022 KFC is usually pretty good for speed of service and I was able to get the 4 piece without much of a wait. I like the green beans which they had and got the diet coke I usually do. You can dine in at least on 6/7/2022 you could. My order was to go but 1 person was eating in. But overall good and I hope the lobby stays open. I do recommend3 weeks agoI’ve definitely had better KFC before. The chicken was okay but the sandwich I got literally gave me a mild case of food poisoning. I really don’t know if I’ll ever return to this location in the future.6 months agoWe have been costumers of this KFC for 10+ years and today for the first time we encountered with THE NICEST employee ever. Her name is Elizabeth, she treated us with respect and provided the BEST costumer service ever. She deserves a raise !!!!!! Thank you Elizabeth for being so nice.

I went through the drive-thru today forget to check my bag for all item’s I came back through the drive through my second time told the young lady at the register I haven’t received my pot pie she responded to park on the side waited about 10 minute’s for her to bring me not a fresh pot pie the chicken and vegetables was dried out this place would feed you anything have no care in the world. Terrible 😣 I won’t return after all this messed up my evening.
Got a side of Mac and Cheese and side of Mash Potatoes with a biscuit. Came up to just under $8. The sides were supposed to be large but they were so small that I you could just pour them right in your mouth and eat them in one go. I really felt like they tried me. I can’t even imagine a smaller size if that was a large. I truly think that they gave me the wrong size.
Pleasantly surprised at the service and promptness at this location. Customer service was very welcoming and this was in the drive thru. The food was piping hot and order was perfect except didn’t realize until I got home I wasn’t asked about condiments. However I ordered the new chicken nuggets and the chicken sandwich combo meal with nuggets. Very reasonably priced. The nuggets were all moist white meat and nicely fried not hard or too crispy. Much better price point than some of the other chicken spots with sandwiches.
Place is completely dark no lighting at all. Food cold, not even a straw with drink. Drive through person had a serious attitude! Go to another spot!
