3 weeks agoWe’ve tried to eat here over several days. Sunday afternoon September 17 2023. The drive thru line was just not moving. A lot of people were waiting, and the few people that left after eating didn’t seem unhappy.2 months agoSame old problem. They fry in either canola oil or soy oil, both very unhealthy oils. Beef tallow produces a healthier and much better tasting product. I’ve attached a picture of tallow fried chicken. There are restaurants starting to use tallow againin the last weekCold and nasty food. Plus they actually shorted me by one breast, I paid for 8 pieces not 7. Go back to kindergarten and learn your numbers again. Plus they were out of everything. The food I did manage to get was not prepared correctly and not at the right temperature . Be careful eating food from here.11 months agoToday was probably not a good day to visit this location. The employee there were rude, I got major attitude when I changed my Pepsi to a strawberry lemonade. Apparently the young lady had to work a few different positions and train the young man at the window. I get it short staff trying to do too much and your tired no need to be nasty. To top it all off my food awful I order Nashville hot chicken well dry, I just post a picture and say do better KFCa week agonormally, I would not have anything good to say about KFC at this location. But I talked to the manager on duty there, and he made a difference with the service and how he dealt with customers , this time I had a good experience , His customer service and politeness were right on point. Keep up the good work

2 months agoWe had excellent service and food here. The restaurant itself could use some cleaning and the bathroom was out of order. But the service put it over the top. Kesha was helpful and friendly and very patient with our indecisive large group. When I thanked her for her great customer service, she let me know that the whole team she works with provides the same level of care.3 months agoCS rep suggested $20 fill up box. Was more than enough food for three people. Food was hot and biscuits were amazing. Will definitely return2 months agoThe only thing that was edible was the biscuit. The drink was ok but the too wasn’t on it so I wasted it in my truck. My husband’s food was worse. I feel as though kfc owes us a refund.a month agoThe best pot pie hands down. If you love pot pies like I do let me tell you this place is thee place to have one. And the price very affordable.3 years agoI enjoyed having an early lunch at this Louisville KFC. The food was prepared quickly, and the restaurant was kept clean. If you choose to eat here, I will caution, that If you have an order of the wings, they can come with a generous helping of sauce, so be sure to be sure to pack your wing container safely in your car to avoid a mess.

I had an order for pickup earlier tonight when I got there I couldn’t go inside to grab it and had to sit in the drive way. Fine that’s not too annoying but then I sat in that drive way line for 30 minutes. I then get to the window where I was told they didn’t have the chicken I ordered (they didn’t have anymore of the extra crispy chicken, not normally a big deal but I have food allergies and that’s the only chicken without egg in the batter.) I then get my food only to realize I was not given my second side. All in all an incredibly frustrating experience.
Why should I walk in and deal with attitude immediately upon letting her know my order was an online order? It’s a tall lady that was already outside once we arrived and came back in smelling like cigarette smoke, and once she was done handing us our order, she went back outside to smoke again! I will never come to this KFC ever again. 😤 this is upsetting that we have to go further out to get better quality and better service. Oh, now the food so…. I got the 12 PC nugget meal, and it was under cooked, no breading, French fries cold and old everything was old 😑 someone needs to come in and change something asap. This has always been a problem with THIS KFC on BROADWAY!!!!
My son has talking about how good the KFC spicy chicken Mac & cheese bowl is, & wanted me to try it. Once there, we found out, it’s no longer served. I ordered another item, but was disappointed. Otherwise it was okay, not a big meat eater, so judging a meat item would be unfair. We went through the drive through, so no comment on inside the restaurant. The service was fast, the person taking orders was pleasant, & made an effort to make sure she had everything correct. It would be good if they had a couple vegetarian options, but with meat mentioned in the title I’m not expecting that to happen any time soon.
This KFC tasted the same as it did 40 years ago…. true original recipe, too bad I had to drive several hundred miles to find it!!! NOLA KFC’s…. y’all need to step up!!! On vacation, had to have KFC in Kentucky!!! Lol!! Low score pn atmosphere cause we went through drive through.
KFC on 19th and Broadway is always out of something. It’s a shame! Someone needs to step in and re-evaluate this location. It’s the only KFC in the west… We should not have to suffer from having bad experiences. I want to see this location succeed.
