Wonderful staff, great selection of products on the floor. However, they do not carry any dishwashers that can be purchased to carry out with you to do a same day replacement.
No changes store still clean well staffed. However, today (5-29-22), the store was pretty much empty of customers.
9-27-2022: store was pretty steady this morning, had a full staff in the floor all registers were open along with the self check out. Store clean had exactly what I needed.
11-30-2022: very busy, many checkouts open, all self checkouts with two employees assisting.
Very friendly and great customer service. My dad and I love Rob. My dad’s was trying to repair a paint gun today and we were having no luck trying out any of the parts. Rob came along and was very friendly and helpful. They didn’t have the exact part, but we were able to put together multiple parts and find a solution. He saved us time and was very knowledgeable.
I want to thank Chris in plumbing for helping me on April 11, 2023 with my dehumidifier. He was so kind and never made me feel rushed. Went and got a cart for me, loaded it and escorted me to the front where I paid for it and he waited while I got my car. Such an easy process!!! Thank you SO much Chris for all of your help. I shall certainly ask for you when I need something related too plumbing. Best regards, Molly
Good luck getting help in the paint department. Literally stood in the mans face for 25 mins at the counter he never once asked if I needed help nor was he working. Then went and asked if he was the only one working that dept I was told they would call someone over there and they never did. So I left and spent my money else where and got way better service!
Janae at the customer service desk went above and beyond to help me with a problem that I was having with a store card. This young lady was very polite, and no matter how long it took, she showed zero signs of frustration. Kudos to her!
