  1. Terrible management & understaffed.
    Only drive thru was open Sunday 7pm when I visited. Ordering inside the store was not allowed.

    I walked in to avoid 20 cars lined up in the drive thru. Said they were only doing Mobile orders, or drive thru. So I went to my car & downloaded the app, but the new Almond Chicken wasn’t on the app. I go back inside, & the manager tells me to write Almond chicken on the app Notes section & she’d fix my order. Said I’d be waiting in my car since dine in wasn’t available.

    Fast forward— I’ve been waiting 20 minutes in my car when I can’t take it any longer and walk in. My order was sitting right next to the register for who knows how long. That’s inexcusable. Dine in wasn’t available as it is, so be on top of your mobile orders if you’re going to be restricting dine in.

    A sweet employee apologies when I tell her I’m discontent with my order having went cold now, she says she completely understood and would make me a fresh order.

    She comes out with my order & explains they’ve been understaffed, that’s why dine in isn’t available. She says she’s felt like quiting since it’s overwhelming. I sympathized with her, told her to breathe and just focus on what can be done, and also to mention to tell the manager to have better communication with how to handle online orders.

    This is just another corporate chain that does not want to offer better wages to attract employees. The result is the lines are wrapping around the parking lots and you have stressed out employees trying to do their best being overworked. I will GLADLY pay more for my meal if it means you’re properly staffed and paying respectable wages.

  2. If I could I would give them 0 stars. There was a BUG in our plate under the broccoli. I spent $90 and the manager refused to give me a refund. Saying they aren’t allowed to do refunds, I need to come back and talk to the GM. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The health department needs to pay them a visit asap.

  3. Please shut this place down I found onion skin in my plate. Wondering if I should sue the company for your terrible service. By the way don’t order grub hub from here🙄🙄 very disappointing and I had high hopes too silly me🤷🏿‍♀️🥴

  4. I went for lunch and I ordered a kids meal with just orange chicken and fried rice. This location has an AI system for the drive thru, and with the rain an individual spoke on the speaker and it sounded like she was at home or in a corporate office. This was not the original AI robot voice like before that I have gone. So then I repeated the order and I also asked for Dr. Pepper, but then an employee from the inside spoke on the speaker and I could tell the voice change and she said they didn’t have Dr. Pepper and what other choice I wanted pick so I decided Coke. Then the employee told me the total and I pulled up the window. The lady that handed me my food and drink, she was friendly and I asked her why the AI system wasn’t working, is it the rain? Because I noticed that someone voice sounded like she was far from the facility and then I noticed the last voice was from an employee from the inside. She said it was me and I said oh wow that is interesting that they rather have someone remotely take the order when AI system isn’t working rather than have you take it like we used to. She mentioned that the remote employee couldn’t tell me about the Dr. Pepper since she wasn’t physically in the store so that’s when she had no choice then to jump in and take over my order. Then we shared a laugh and I went to enjoy my meal in the parking lot before heading back to work. It’s good that Panda Express is running this new technology and I just want thank the lady that gave me my food today and share the experience.

  5. I always get the walnut shrimp . delish. but really like the chow mein.. not all full of noodles!
    just wish you had more specials for us seniors!

    I am very disappointed on how the quality the food is I expected more from this. The chicken feet were really cold I don’t know if it supposed to be like that but I don’t like it and the crabs seasoning was complete and utter garbage. I feel like imma wake up tomorrow with food poisoning or Salmonella. Also I feel hella musty in this place it’s so greasy.

    The old smaller buffet that was here before was great. When this first opened it was pretty good and nice, but it’s taken a beating and quality has dropped. The last time I went here I asked for my money back because I fell through my seat.

    Food was amazing, nice and fresh all around!! Customer service was a 10/10 and taste of the food is good quality for how cheap it was. New favorite place for me and my husband!

    Their seafood is superb and its not just asian cuisine. On my last visit they served BBQ ribs and cajun shrimp boil which was so delicious it left me thinking about it all week.

    Humongouss portions!!!! That is the best way to describe the value. Roomy indoors and well kept. Plenty of choices and you can see the food being cooked fresh. Plenty of parking. High chairs. Family friendly and excellent service. My server was helpful and was generous with the serving. There was no doubt they wanted to make sure I got my moneys worth. Only gave it 3 stars because my food was a little cold but I would still return to try more dishes.

    Portion sizes are huge. The Atmosphere is very lacking, but the workers are really sweet. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get our food, but it was a big order and they had to make more. The orange chicken is very similar to Panda Express. Definitely worth the price!

    August 13, 2022 Update: Very bad experience. Five stars to one star. Communication breakdown or just ripped off… Came in and stated I had a large KariOut order and she still tried to plate my order in the styrofoam containers. My order, repeated several times was: 1 x Wonton Soup 1 x Chow Mein [Large] 2 x Kung Pao Chicken [Large] 2 x Orange Chicken [Large] 2 x Egg Rolls 1 x Fried Chicken Wings What was in the bag when I got home was: 1 x Wonton Soup 1 x Chow Mein [Large] 1 x Kung Pao Chicken [Large] 1 x Orange Chicken [Large] 2 x Egg Rolls 1 x Fried Chicken Wings A Kung Pao Chicken and an Orange Chicken were missing. And, to make matters worse I gave them a very good tip. I still enjoyed the food, however, I won’t be returning. I have no desire to make the drive back and try to communicate the problem with them. I will use another nearby restaurant for Chinese food. If you go Panda Wok/Panda Wok I recommend you be sure they understand your order, and absolutely be sure to verify your order is complete and correct before you leave. The bill was good when balanced as amount of food/amount of delectability multiplied by speed of service. 😋 May 5, 2022 Update: + Still quick and still very tasty! + Speedy service. ~ Parking nearby can get a little tight – don’t let it deter you. ¡ The Wonton soup is wonderful! ¡ After having a serving of the Wonton soup and realizing just how much stronger my craving for it was, I came to the conclusion that describing the Wonton soup as “Wonderful” is not enough to do it justice.     My boyfriend and I have been coming here for about 6 months. It’s consistently delicious! We love coming for dinner and having leftovers for lunch the next day! I get the spicy fried fish, orange chicken, fried rice and chow mien! Yummy!

    Great food, I get Chow Mein and their Jalapeño Chicken. I’ve always been an orange chicken kind of guy but the Jalapeno Chicken is too good to pass up You also get your moneys worth, they stuff the trays with food to the point where it just barely close right Great spot, highly recommend giving it a shot if you’re in the area
