What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. FRIENDS AND FAMILY SALE IS GREAT! 30% off sale prices on MOST items

    *open until 9pm!

    * Friendly helpful staff, if you can find them. MK wasn’t included:( … but these red boots were!!😆

    * Furniture store appears out of business/closed during open hours. (No cars, no lights, but worth checking doors bc they have nice furnishings!)
They closed at 6pm day of visit.

  2. Loved it loved it loved it! Was shopping for a newborn baby I love sale so I had to go to the sale section. They have some really good items on sale. I could not find anything online so I went it was well worth it. The cashier was very nice and friendly she kept conversation flowing I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Macy’s.

  3. I have loved Macy’s for many years. They always have good sales and great deals on their clearance racks. I love the quality of the plus sized clothing, especially. Highly recommend!

  4. I understand the shortage of help as everywhere else
Lack of help the lady help me there she had very bad attitude she snapped at me
And this is not the first time I am a business owner when I fired one girl whose was still on the phone all the time other 2 girls quit the job and I was glad however managers should watch for those kinds of employees.

  5. What is happening here? It’s like a geriatric fashionista retired up in here. So dreary. I found 3 things that I see I could have also acquired at Dillard’s online. But I love Macy’s. I’m a true fan. But I can tell something is definitely happening with Macys and it’s not okay.

First, the men’s section is terribly depleted of merchandise. It looks like they’re getting out of the shoe business. You can find a better belt selection at Walmart. This store is a long ways from being at the same high quality as Dillards. Secondly and most important for me, I had to leave the store because I was having an asthma attack inside the store. You can’t help but notice the mildew/musty smell inside the building. If Macy’s can’t do any better than this, they should close the store!

Been going to this Macy’s since it opened in 1979 and so happy it is still open! I miss the old indoor Mall days but when I visit this Macy’s it brings back great memories! Parking is way sufficient, and the clerks I interacted with were very helpful and friendly! I will continue to hang out at this Macy’s, it is convenient and usually has what I am looking for!

The store is still pretty nice if a little outdated. We stopped on a Saturday evening and it was almost empty. They had all kinds of internet returns that were marked down. They also had lots of sale items marked down quite a bit. They have very nice products and it was well laid out. They still have furniture and mattress upstairs as well. Nice to try the purple mattress in person.

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today. I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said “The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days”, she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn’t look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager’s name, she said the name is “bolgena” I asked her to please write down for me, she said “We are not allowed to do that”, I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said “The name is bolgena”. and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager’s name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie! I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.

Very nice store but very quiet there. No One was shopping and the parking lot was nearly empty. What a shame because the sales staff was excellent, the clothes were all beautiful in the racks, so was the shoe and the cosmetic department. I really hope this store doesn’t end up in the chopping block!

My daughter, granddaughter, and I stopped in for them to do some school shopping! I was just perusing the aisles.

She found some lovely shirts. I identified some great new fragrances but could not afford to purchase them. My daughter found some amazing red syn glasses that were on sale for half off.

Macy’s continues to be relevant, even to teenagers.

I went there to return some things I bought online. I got excellent service. And I stopped by the Door counter to get some of Dior’s “Sauvage” and to see Johnny Depp,!

DO NOT GO TO THIS MACYS. We had a very in pleasant experience with an employee named Diane who works here. At first everything was ok, but then she started asking me personal questions like where I worked and then she asked me for my phone number. I was also with my mom and friend and she asked for my moms information and lastly she took a picture of us and wanted to keep talking asking us about our phones and more questions but we just ended up walking out of the store, It left us all with an unsettling feeling and just very uncomfortable. I believe she’s highly unprofessional and very strange. We felt so unsafe.
