a week agoLove my Star Passes from Macy’s. If you need fine jewelry, Steve’s your man. I finally broke down and bought 2 long sleeve men’s Oxford button down shirts. I’ve been coveting them for years!8 months agoAn online search for inexpensive pillows brought me there, none to be found. An associate helped, look at inventory of other stores where there were none. Went across the street to Costco and bought pillows there instead. Sorry Macy’s, do a better job with your online inventory, pictures and offersa month agoThis location is big, fully stocked, but the only reason I’m giving this place one star is because of Robin. My mom and I were looking for a mother of the bride dress for my wedding coming up and found the perfect one. Not only did we wait at the checkout for over 10 minutes, but once Robin came up to the register, she ignored us the entire time. Finally her second time coming to the register, we asked if she worked here so we could check out and she responded with “Nope” and walked away and into the break room. While this was RIDICULOUS, I went behind the register to grab a long dress bag and walked to a different register. The lady at the other register was incredibly nice and was thanking us that we got the long dress bag since the one with Robin was the only one that carried the long bags. Robin then walked over to the register we were at and started complaining about a different customer who left her drivers license and said she pretended to look while she went to the back. She then eyed us again and walked away. After that, her coworker mentioned that her name is Robin and she is very rude to staff and customers. Why is Robin still working there when there are so many other well qualified people? Not only did Robin make my mom cry, but she is also unliked by other staff. She is the ONLY reason this place gets one star, and I wish I could give zero after the terrible experience from Robin. I never complain as well, with working in retail for over 10 years, and even a child could tell how terrible this employee is. My one advice for Macy’s at Chandler: reprimand this employee because she WILL drive customers away more than she already has.a week agoThis is regarding the portion of the store in Chandler called Backstage, where prices are supposed to be cheaper than other areas. Unfortunately the last two times I have been there on a Sunday afternoon, there’s never a cashier around! You have to walk all over the store with your hands full of things to find someone to check you out! And the two ladies standing in the department next to backstage say they cannot ring up items from another department! Which is not true. I used to buy all my shampoos and facial products there, but will not be going there ever again. The same products can be found at Marshalls and TJ Maxx4 weeks agoThis is my store to shop for clearance women shoes and discounted clothing for my preteen girls. They got good quality clothing and I just love them Tommy dresses for the women. Go there you’ll find deals there!

a month agoWe went to look at a table at this location and were told we had to order it online. We ordered it and it came used and damaged. We bought this dining set and the boxes came destroyed like they had been through a hurricane. 1 of 6 chairs came assembled and everything in general came damaged. There was a 4 inch scratch on the dining table and wood and material peeling off of everything. We wanted to return it 1 day after delivery and were told we had to wait 3 weeks for an inspector. The inspector came and said that was the design without looking at everything we pointed out parts and they ignored us and refused to look at everything. We would tell him something and he would say that’s the design. Big scratches and wood lifting is not a design. Macys then tells us from the pictures they can only provide a discount but no refund when it looks all used and damaged. We had to talk for 2 hours and escalate it and the best they offered was us paying almost $300 to return it. It’s a cheap price for the table but we were not expecting it to be used or damaged. Now we are out that money and we had to get a dining table from elsewhere. Go to American Furniture they have better options and way better customer service if something comes damaged they replace it immediately at no cost.a week agoMaya in the Beauty Department was amazing! She helped me find new products and color matched me as well. I’ll be back due to the outstanding customer service I received from her.a week agoWas with my wife in cosmetics, the gentleman that was helping us was Josh , he was the most amazing , never have I had an experience of assistance in a dept store , he has a true care and understanding of the customers needs and wants . He listened to what she wanted and was so eager to assist ,she truly felt so comfortable about taking her time and making the right decision, we don’t get out much to shop , because we don’t like being pushed , he was fantastic , he should lead a team in sales do to the fact we got what we wanted but so eager to business with him in the future , what a great experience!!! Thank you Josh !!!2 weeks agoVery clean department store. They have totally forgotten about older male customers. Their suits selection, brands, and styles say a lot about their buyers. They really don’t want our business. Unless you want to compromise and follow the fads of today’s world. I don’t dress in skinny pants and jackets. I am a fit older man who likes to dress my age.a year agoRight now there are additional savings due to students going back to school , & summer coming to an end. There is still a great selection of summer clothing. The employees let you shop in peace.

Most of the store is organized but if you want to find anything in the intimates department good luck! Nothing is where it’s supposed to be.
Wonderful customer service at the jewelry department. They were very helpful and found the perfect piece for my wife’s birthday!!!
I picked up an online order here, and it took a total of 3 minutes. I had my receipt on my phone, which the customer service representative scanned. She found my order, went through the security procedures quickly, and off we went. We made purchases in housewares and the cosmetics departments as well. Good selection and some great sales we took advantage of. Very clean, nice merchandise displays.
Google said it was so much better than Dillard’s and so I went. Wrong move for kitchen items. After a very long wait and customer service wrapping this box up, look what I got when I got home. Problem was compounded when the replacement order came as the following photos show. And the customer service fellow so jocularly wanted to know if I were Greek. Let me tell you that I had to put a brace on to pack this stuff in and out of their store. Universe decided I had no need for these whatsoever. Lots of sweat poured into that realization.
Came today to do some shopping and no one even said hello to me or asked if I needed help. This once was a nice store but now it’s messy and not helpful. I left and went home to close my Macy’s card.
