Billing was a bit slow and time consuming which dampens the spirit.7 months agoI was standing in line for 10 minutes and the customer service associate was on her phone checking if there will be another 6 weeks of winter. Then she finally acknowledges me and is on her cell phone with her mother telling her the time she’s leaving, talking about the weather and letting her know she won’t be able to take her baby to the park today…👀👀WTF!! I can’t with this new generation. They just don’t care…..🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

3 months agoThe only problem my fiancé had was the lady she engaged with was rude. Over all I can’t judge this store buy one bad egg it’s a beautiful store to shop in. All experiences are worth having if they are not regretted. So I give a 3 star rating.2 weeks agoMy friend and I were looking for pillows. He found exactly what he wanted in the clearance section but only 2 and he wanted at least 3. George Wicke found us another pillow and a matching throw. He was so helpful and even brought the merchandise to the counter and rang it up. I will absolutely be back!!! Thanks again George.6 months agoFriendly staff, great sale prices and selection. But a turnoff was the attractive but impractical organization that forces you to look all over the department to find what you want, rather than clustering similar products together. Last week I bought a sheet set on sale that turned out to be defective. Today I did a like for like exchange. Again the staff were great. But I opened the second product and this time another item (pillowcase) was stained with something that looked like blood or coffee! And one of the sheets was sewn badly with stitches puckered. Between the two sets I walked away with one good set. But product quality? Also the women’s bathroom was very dirty, clearly not being monitored or serviced enough! So I have mixed feelings. I did buy a beautiful duvet cover and mattress protector for a great price, but something is amiss in the store!a month agoOne of the best Macy’s left standing. Slow service . Nobody cares here anymore after COVID. It’s crazy and not acceptable if you are in the service industry. Macys may need to focus on training their employees a bit better.

Went today to get my dad a cologne for his bday. I told the first saleswoman by the JPG colognes about the one he likes but he wants something different and she was like “we don’t carry that here, you can get that at Burlington or marshals.” I told her I’m not looking for that I want something different and she told me to check those stores again. I walked away to go and smell other ones without her help and every display was empty. You have to ask to smell a cologne and they keep you standing there for a few minutes before they come and help you. It got to the point where I ended up leaving and going to Sephora to buy a cologne because every salesperson there was so unhelpful and unknowledgeable about what they were selling. I have never experienced customer service this bad at Macys before.
