Got the opportunity to get some great perfumes here and it was worth my trip.
Shot out to Mary Brown Stylist!! Need an upgraded. Some management need to be replaced for micro management and almost harassment. Theft is high need a police security team!! Carpet smell like mildew and is extremely dirty. Bathrooms are flooded and broken . Flash theft! Selections look like a flea market At Security. Go to Towson or Columbia Mall!!!! I am disappointed with the service at this location..I needed to return an item on 6/28/23 at around 10:00 AM. I was greeted by a woman who looked like she clearly didn’t have the time to help a customer at the customer service desk. She appeared to still have a bonnet on her head. I tell her “Good morning” twice. I did not get a response, so I decided it was best to get help with another worker. “I’ll just go to someone else” I say. After I get help with a kind gentleman , I look at some other things. I hear the lady who was supposed to be working at customer service talking to the gentleman who assisted me FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE! talking about me using foul language such as the F word. she said it multiple times. I came up and tried telling her that it’s polite customer service to say good morning back, she just argued back at me saying she was going to say good morning once I came up to the desk. As I walked to go out the store, she was still running her mouth and saying bad words.I don’t appreciate this behavior because I had my child with me while she was cussing. It’s funny how she wouldn’t talk to me when I came up to her, but she’ll run her mouth. Loudly gossiping to her co-worker about me. This store is dirty anyway. Don’t recommend 🤦🏾♀️
The conditions in the Security Boulevard store are terrible so it is a very unpleasant place to shop. The aesthetic is comparable to a disorganized thrift store. It smells like mildew so there might be mold in the building which is a health concern. The carpets are filthy, the tiles are dirty and cracked, the display cases and counters are worn and dated. The restroom looks like something you see at a truck stop in a horror film. I feel sorry for the people who work there .
Please just close this Macy’s location. I have been out of town to other Macy’s and the Macy’s at the Security Mall location is a mess. Please close this store or better yet, have it to look like the Macy’s I have seen in other places. I guess since it is located in a predominately black community; it will continue to look a mess and not be fully stocked and clean. This location use to be The Hecht Company; the store is old and worn down. We should not settle for shopping at this location because it is very insulting for the store to look the way it does and expect us to spend our hard working money in here; very offensive. Actually ZERO stars.
