Charged 13000 for hair straightening and keratin and used some infamous cheap product – True botox. The condition of the end of the hair is super bad after straightening and keratin treatment. It feels rough and damaged. Lot of hairfall too. Didn’t even asked me to come back for hair wash to complete the treatment. Just missed their hospitality today , one hr I was there but nobody asked for a glass of water.

But the experts there were very professional and genuine, they suggested me to not take another chamical treatment which they could have straight up charged me a good amount for and not been bothered what damage it is to cost me. Instead they suggested me to go for a hair spa and hair color. Especially @Swapnil he’s a rockstar, perfectly understood my requirement and at the end gave me my dream look. I am a regular customer of naturals salon bilaspur. They provide the best service. The staff is very cooperative n humble. Last tym i visited for global hair coloring n it was a good experience. Tanmay and Alia are the 2 ppl from whom i have taken services and they are awesome. 5 star rating for this super service from my end.By rimjhim shrivastava (10 months ago)I have always visited naturals in other cities and they are really good but in bilaspur its a BIG NO. The manager doesnt have professional approach. He gets rude, upset if you dont agree to what tries to sell you. Like I asked for sugar wax, they straight away said woh nai hopayega bcoz of weather its not suitable to skin, to which I said fine I m still ok with it bcoz that is wat I been doing whole my life and also it was little less expensive, they insisted me to go for some lipo wax which was damm expensive. I still wanted sugar wax. Made me wait for 5-10 mins and told me rudely sugar wax khatam hogaya hai in bad tone. I said ok and left salon. I guess he realized later (stupid people act before thinking)he was making a monetary loss by saying no because I could have been a regular costumer there since I have taken many services there before also, he called me up later and asked me to come back to salon, he was ready to do lipo wax at some discount. But I m never going back to this salon again, once you get to know someone’s attitude and intentions, it is better not to visit that place again. And if you tell me like u always do to other customers “u never visited our salon, we have no record of you”, please feed my phone number 95038 in your system….you and your system both pop up with my name!
