Tim was prompt, easy to communicate with, and thorough in explaining the process to me in a way I could understand. After talking about my 15-year-old furnace and how it was actually overbuilt for my house, he offered me a second estimate on a replacement for that component as well. The price was so good, I couldn’t refuse. Best of all, prior to my install date, Tim informed me he found some better quality Carrier components (as opposed to Lennox) which were in the warehouse, and that he could provide them to me at the same price. Antonio and his team came out for the install and were punctual, quick, and even went above and beyond to rake leaves from parts of my backyard. What a nice surprise! Jeff quoted and sold the system and then had a fantastic group of guys install it. Was supposed to take 5 days but took 4. Expensive system but competitively priced. There may have been guys to sell and install for a bit less, but the follow through from Jeff was first class. I liked it so much that I decided to do a second system for my office. From the first phone call to schedule the appointment to the completion of the installation, everyone I was in contact with was friendly and professional. The technician, Loni, arrived on time and my new water heater was up and running perfectly within two hours.
I had a great experience getting our water heater fully replaced quickly. It stopped working one morning. They were able to come the next morning and it was quickly installed and back working(9:50-12:50). I highly recommend it. Mack Williams was the technician. He was very professional. I really appreciate he explained the benefits of tankless vs traditional water heater. He also explained the steps of the installation process and left the area better than he found it.

We have 2 50gallon water heaters on our property.
Lucas provided the removal and installation for both on two different dates.
The first water heater was urgent since the old water heater pilot assembly failed.
The second water heater we chose to call back Water Heaters only due to satisfaction of the first installation (also the old units were 10 years old).

We found ourselves with a 15+ year old water tank giving us some trouble so it was time to change it. We called Water Heaters Only because of the outstanding reviews we found everywhere and in a matter of a few minutes we had an appointment for the following day (the person who answer the phone (Andy? can’t remember) was very professional).
The following day Doniel came very punctually, and after a few minutes of conversation we agreed on replacing the tank. He was very knowledgeable, clear on what and why needed to be done, and replaced our tank in less than 2 hours. We had a baby sleeping in the house through the whole process so I guess he was also as quiet as one can be with this type of heavy work.
I am very pleased with the job done by Doniel and the overall service of Water Heaters Only. Will definitely recommend !
Review only from calling: After calling ~19 different services in the area Water Heaters Only was one of the 2 companies that provided a rough ballpark price over the phone (extremely helpful!) and offered to come out the next day. They are partnered with a water heater brand which seems to make getting one in an emergency easier. Price is acceptable.
