  2. I just love these guys! Last year we had to replace our sewer line and they did an amazing job. Two weeks ago I had a duct cleaning and was impressed again with BLAKE and BRIAN. Both were professional and thorough. The next was EMILY who came to do a scheduled maintenance on our heating system, she was also friendly, professional and thorough. I did not buy my system from them initially but I wish I had. They are the best and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need. Thank you PERFECT PLUMBING!!

  3. This was a great company to work with! Our furnace went out the week before Christmas, but Perfect helped us out and it was all so smooth that it was a pleasant experience. Seth who diagnosed our old system, Gary who walked us through the options, and Cody B that installed our new furnace were all really helpful, kind, and professional. They email and text you information ahead of time about who will be entering your home, and everyone we did work with was great! The whole process was as fast and painless as possible. We will call them again when we need them!

  5. Originally, used them for a maintenance call! Donovan was awesome and informative! The system was too small for the house! Travis came by the day after I called and broke everything down for a new system. We went for it! The crew (Duane, Jeremy, and Tim) that came out to demolish the old complete system and installed a new one were AWESOME! On time, hard working, friendly, overall very very great! They kept me in the loop on the whole job! Informed me of issues the found that had nothing to do with their job, just to let me know if I wanted to take care of it! This company is very great and the best thing, they communicate and stay true to their word! Every person I had an interaction with! The system works great, so there’s that!

    We did an addition on our home. Express did all the plumbing for the new side of the house. We added a full bath and a half bath/laundry room. They relocated the washer/dryer hookups. Daniel was our technician he was very professional. He explained everything very well did a great job on his installation. We would definitely recommend Express for any plumbing needs.

    Our heater wouldn’t shut off so i went through all my tricks. Nothing worked so i had to call the pros, Express plumbing heating an air, the came out same day (happened to be the coldest of the season) fixes it so the blower motor shut off, he gave me some options for repair, no pressure at all to purchase anything. We decided to have them fix the problem so it will not happen again. They are an amazing company, and I would recommend them to everyone. My technician was Miguel, he was very friendly and professional has done a wonderful job. The office staff was very friendly – as we have never had somthing like this happen before. Appreciate them and their knowledge.

    Called in the morning. A sewer line scoping was scheduled for that afternoon. A $79 service charge was paid at the time of appointment booking. The technician arrived as expected in the afternoon. After the scoping was completed, the problem identified, and a repair identified and explained, the technician formulated an estimate and presented 3 pricing options for the needed sewer line repairs. The quotes were the best that we had received and we chose one of the options. A deposit for 1/2 of the repair quote and the cost of the sewer line scoping charges were paid at that time. An excavation crew were scheduled for the next morning. As it turned out, the work needed to be delay by a couple of days and then needed to be postponed for a few weeks and a refund of the deposit was needed. When Express Plumbing was contacted, a refund of the deposit was initiated and the full amount of the deposit was returned via check. Jamie, in the office, and Simon, the technician, were very good to work with. When adjustments to the schedule and the eventual refund were required, they were prompt and professional. Express Plumbing will be called on in the future if the services they offer are needed.

    What started as a leaky shower faucet turned into a total remodel. Took longer than expected, but generally happy with the outcome. I would recommend changing caulking. They used a clear, but it yellowed badly as it cured and is not paintable. I am having a devil of a time finishing the walls. But I am stubborn and will prevail. Before & after pix included.

    Doug Shaw is a delightful and courteous young man. A new valve was needed for my 40 year old faucet. I found one that fit, but the escutcheon and handle did not fit. We compromised and I have a temporary fix and the water is back on. I will do some research to see if I can resolve the fit problem. If I need more help, I will call. The neighbors on my street share good tradesmen, and we now have a great plumber. Thanks so much Master Plumbing.

    I guess I caught them at the right time because they were able to get me service by the next morning. Jon was kind and has my garbage disposal replaced quickly after showing me a video of the issue with my current one. Quotes were simple and direct, including disposal and labor. I also got a reminder text in the morning introducing me to Jon before we had the chance to meet. Great experience all around.

    Jeff McCullough was the man! He quickly diagnosed the leak in our crawl space and also examined the pipe that lead to the T joint where the leak was coming from along with the main line ball valve, took pictures of everything and showed it to me. The section of pipe was old and brittle and our ball valve was corroded and he recommended to replace these parts to prevent future leaks/problems. The option was completely up to me and there was no pressure. I elected to do the full replacement which I’m glad I did! He also gave recommendations on how to dry out the area where the leak was. He was very polite, professional, gave off a great positive vibe and completed the job quickly. Any future plumbing issues we have, we will be calling Master Plumbing!
