  1. We had a sewer line that collapsed that was located under the basement floor. The technicians were able to clear the initial clog that caused the sewer to backup, and were able to identify and locate the source of the issue. I was able to see on the inspection camera the area that had collapsed, and the technicians were able to identify the specific location that needed to be dug up in the floor using their equipment. All of the work was completed by the technician in a timely manner, and the quality of the workmanship in making the repairs was excellent. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, and the serviceman who did all of the work was very courteous and professional. I have absolutely no complaints with the technician, or the quality and speed of his work. That being said, I feel like you should be aware that this level of service definitely comes at a premium. The job came in at $9k (gulp), but the work was done well, expediently, and all debris from the trenching was hauled off and disposed of, and we have a five year guarantee on the work completed.

  2. Compromised pipe in foundation. Water proofed basement flooded. Roto-Rooter to the rescue! They came out that day, found the issue, worked with me as far as what was discovered and how they would repair, as well as handle the water restoration. It was a hard pill to swallow considering I really love my house. Jason was a voice of reason and was able to get me the financing I would need to pay for repair and restoration. Thank god I qualified for financing (another lesson as to why it’s a necessity to maintain good credit). Kyle was 1st guy to come out and snake sewer line to discover the breach. He was very cool and professional. Mike, one of the plumbers (forgot the other plumbers names please forgive) was beyond cool (as where the others) extremely cordial, professional and timely – which at that time being in panic mode, was what I needed. I’m happy that I won’t see them again (hopefully lol), but well worth it in the end. Remember most “back door or friend plumbers” don’t offer guarantees if something goes wrong in the future. Something to think about when you want to add or work on plumbing in your house. Thanks Again

He explained the issue and was able to give helpful insights as to how to prevent issues down the road. I would highly recommend this company; but also highly recommend Greg! He was thorough and attentive to all the details! Very friendly and overall great technician!

  4. Jake was awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional, he pinpointed the problem quickly and got the job done quickly. When he was done he brought in his colleague and he ran a scope in the pipe to make sure the block was taken care of. Excellent service, I will definitely call again if I need them.   5. I have used this company multiple times and they do an outstanding job. I love That they take the time to listen to you and answer questions but only suggest was absolutely necessary. Every time I have called they have sent someone within 24 hours and they are very professional. Today I had Jake come by for a thorough inspection and he gave his honest and professional feedback on what I could do. I highly recommend their services.

    I’ve used Elie’s plumbing on 4 different occasions recently between the kitchen renovation we have going on our house and the office buildings I manage for work. Avi and his team have been absolutely wonderful to work with and have made every effort to get the work I’ve asked to have done completed in a prompt, professional, and skilled manner. I found the pricing to be pretty comparable to other plumbers I’ve used in the past so no huge savings but also no huge increase from what I was expecting – so for the level of customer service they provide at Elie’s I would call that a win. 100% recommend reaching out to them for your next plumbing project or emergency!

    Excellent service and price – Avi was able to get a new water tank scheduled for installation the same day that I called. The installers Alan and Mendel were clean, polite, and professional. The price was half of what other companies quoted. I was charged exactly what Avi quoted on the phone – no surprise charges or hidden fees.     Allen was both professional and on time. He kept me informed of his progress as he replaced and updated all three of my toilets. Any questions or concerns I had, he happily answered with patience. Very thoughtful in his clean up once the job was complete (removing old toilets from my property for proper disposal) in less than four hours.

    I hired ARS Rescue Rooter to do run sanitary and water lines to an old house undergoing renovations. I could tell that Jon was taking my project more seriously than some of the others that came to give estimates, which I appreciated, in addition to being at or below the others’ prices. After a plan was in place, the gentleman leading the work, Mark, offered recommendations on some ways that might work better “in real life.” I really valued the fact that they did not just stick to “the plan,” but wanted to give us the most efficient and maintainable end-product. Jason came after to connect some plumbing inside the house- he was professional and worked quickly. We have yet to load the lines (to avoid freezing), but so far I am very pleased with the work done.

    Great experience! We had Jason install a new water heater. It was a bit complicated and he handled it expertly. He was very personable and made you feel confident that the job would be done well. My husband did plumbing in the day and admired his work saying how clean and professional it was. The installation was expensive, however, worth it.

    This company came out immediately and was able to fix our issues immediately. They were professional, thorough, and did a great job. We had two separate incidents in regards to our plumbing and even though they sent out different technicians (Kyle, Joe the Plumber, and Anthony) for both incidents, all of them did a great job and were able to fix our issues immediately. I would definitely recommend!

    I have no issue with the installation. Jason did a good job and was very friendly. My issue is with price of the installation that was set a day prior with an ARS estimator. After taking a look at the old water heater and where it was going to be installed, he handed me basically what was a price guide to their installation cost for different installs. I looked at mine, which was a standard 40 gallon install and my eyeballs almost popped out of my head. I had already purchased the water heater, so minus what I paid for it from their replacement and install cost and I was looking at close to $1500! When I asked him what is included in that cost, he replied rather uncomfortably, a permit, labor and some minor modifications. But the tone in his voice, which didn’t sound very genuine, felt sorry for me all of a sudden and told me he would contact his boss to see what he could do. A real setup to make the customer feel euphoric when he comes back with a better deal. Like dealing for a car with a slick salesman. He even made sure I could hear his conversation outside by putting it on speaker phone. He then came back in my house and announced $925. Still an outrageous charge for just 2 hours of work. I was stuck, though, having not had hot water for three days, so I accepted the installation charge begrudgingly. He and his boss, in my opinion, were just playing the sales pitch actors. Lesson to be learned here: seek a second opinion if it all possible. And I can’t recommend you have your installation done by ARS.

    I could not have asked for a better experience. From me reaching out to having them inspect and even install the new hot water tank was less than 24 hours. both techs were super professional and made sure to explain everything I would need to know. I would gladly use ARS again.
