  2. I have used this company for years. They always do great work and the technicians are all so nice and explain everything. I just had a huge issue and Tyler not only did great fast work but delt with my anxiety and breakdown! It was an expensive project but reasonable. I had used others in the past and their pricing is by far much better. I strongly recommend them.

  3. We called Mr. Rooter to help use with what was first thought to be a clogged sewer line. With their help it was determined that the problem was a combination of a 60-year old cast iron pipe with heavy scaling and a faulty structure bottom to connect the sewer line to a private main line. We decided to replace the line with Mr. Rooter’s help. Nick, Mark and Alex did an outstanding job under trying circumstances. Combine a tight work space, some November rain and more rock than soil to set up the challenge to the job. They battled through a series of conditions and continued to work well past dark to get the next line connected. We appreciate all of their help and would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

The whole team at Mr Rooter were amazing – from Stacey constantly responding to calls after hours and keeping us updated with status… to Nick, Mark and the team getting the work done so quickly, professionally and diligently. They quickly identified a shear in the septic mainline and provided a range of options for resolution respecting my time and budget. Their rapid emergency response got me a sticking plaster and they made time to complete the work despite the weather in the lead up to Christmas. I won’t ever be using anyone else for anything plumbing related. Great team – highly recommended.

  5. My father is 102 years old, and needed his sewer drain cleaned as it suddenly backed up. We didn’t have to wait too long, and received service that was professional, also very knowledgeable and patient as my father’s system was unusual. The service was warrantied so that also made it a great value. I would definitely recommend this business. I feel peace of mind knowing that my father’s system was able to be serviced.

    **DO NOT LET THEM DIG YOUR PROPERTY!!**** Unprofessional and will destroy your property. They dug up my neighbor’s yard on April 5, 2022, came onto my property by about 4 feet (x10 length). They did not ask for permission, never discussed any of it with us before doing so. It turns out he did not have permits or anything on file with the town, and the town told them to stop work immediately. So my neighbor’s property sits like this for the entire summer I guess (it’s going on 3 months now). This is not the type of neighborhood to leave your lawn looking like a mud pit all summer. My husband contacted Dan, the owner, in April after it started to look like he wasn’t coming back. Dan promised my husband (in April) that he would help fix our property if my neighbor did not. Well, my neighbor threw some fresh dirt over it and called it a day. It needs professional leveling and seeding. Dan has since ignored all my attempts to contact him ever since we said we need him to fix it. Unreal.

    Needed someone to snake (with a good snake, not one a person typically owns like myself) utility sink wasn’t draining suddenly, plumber recommended I call dbr. They came the next week and water drains faster than ever before. Very satisfied

    So after 3 scheduled appointments that were all no call no shows…..I guess we move on. I understand that sometimes jobs take longer than expected….but a little communication would have been nice. I wasted the better part of 2 days waiting for someone to show up.

    Update: 6 years after my initial great experience with DBR my next attempt to hire them for a job did not go so well. Called to have them come out, the girl who picked up said she would get the info to her estimator and he would call me. Days went by and no call, so I called back and was assured she gave the info to her estimator and he would call me, that he was just backed up at the moment. A week and a half later and still no call. Called another company and they scheduled me right away. What is going on at DBR?? I had an issue at my rental property where the downstairs toilet and sink would back up at random times, before slowly going back down. Myself and the handyman I work with tried to fix the problem on three different occasions, each time thinking we had fixed the problem, but later finding out we had not. I decided to call DBR Plumbing and was not disappointed. Dan, the owner, came out initially, diagnosed the likely problem, and gave me prices for a few different options. The serviceman, Alex, was able to be at the house just over an hour later, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In just a few hours we had the problem solved, and I was given some good information about the house’s sewage system along the way. Affordable, and highly recommended.

    We had an out sewer back up into our basement after 9pm on a Wednesday night (it’s as fun as it’s sounds). We called a few different places and were either told they were booked for the night or didn’t get a response. We got a response from Sebastian at roto rooter within 30 min of calling. He was at our house 40 min later and stayed almost three hours making sure everything was taking care of. Highly recommend!!
