I shop all my electronics in Best buy, but today was my great disappointment! The Morse Rd store was one of the best, but tonight it felt like a zoo. At the end of my shopping and after paying for my items, the cashier wouldn’t let me bag my items and said bags are 11 cents. I was upset why I wasn’t asked if I wanted a bag or why it wasn’t included from the beginning. In her defense this was not a new rule since it’s been there for 3 moths…. 3 months is pretty new. I felt welcomed and that assistance was readily available. I don’t do much shopping in stores. Amazon has everything at any price point. I do have a gift card for best buy with $7 I need to use up. It’s hard to think about anything useful that I’d rather purchase at best buy versus Amazon. She shifted with us seamlessly. She was so knowledgeable about a variety of tablets, game systems, speakers, headphones all if it. Shopping for a 20yr old, 13yr old and 10yr old is tough. Went in store for a Christmas present pickup and the entire store including management said the deal I bought wasn’t real and doesn’t exist at their store.
I argued with them for an hour before they read the fine print of the receipt and they verified I was correct and gave me the items I ordered.
In general, it worked out so I won’t give them less than 3 stars but the user experience definitely wasn’t positive.By Nick L (3 months ago)Compared to other surrounding Best Buys, the Dublin location has always had what I wanted in stock. Their inventory usually carries the latest and recently released products. They offer price matching, and are pretty good at meeting competitor’s price.The team members are generally helpful, but they can be hard to find at times. And you might be waiting around for a while if you’re expecting someone to approach you and offer assistance. (It’s quicker just approach them and ask for help)
In terms of services available, the Dublin location offers quite a bit. Moreover, their fees for the services are reasonable. You won’t break your bank getting a dashcam or backup camera installed.
I’ve had little to no interaction with their appliances, and other non-technology/entertainment related products.
Final thoughts: just like any other retailer, each location will have its quirks and pitfalls. But overall, this Best Buy is a good choice. I would recommend.

But even though she had a pretty strong resting b**** face she ended up being helpful and got me the product I was there for even corrected the price to match the 1 on line. Definitely will not ever be going back. The service wasn’t poor. It was nonexistent. Stood in the Samsung section for nearly an hour trying to get service. Got blown off by multiple employees. Most notable was the tool in the beanie who I tried to ask for help and he blew past me saying he was busy but would send someone over. No one ever came. And then he just walked aimlessly around the store and continued to ignore me. Finally I lost patience and went to the back checkout counter and asked for help getting an item out of a locked case and they said someone up in the section would help me. So I said screw it and left. Literally just wanted to go in here and give this place my money but the associates made it clear they didn’t want it. This is a prime example of why brick and mortar stores are failing. Lazy employees who show blatant lack of care for the consumer who is the reason why they’re employed. This disappointing and honestly widespread issue is why the traditional shopping experience is being replaced by online monsters like Amazon. The salespeople are always helpful, but sometimes hard to find when you actually need them.I recently wit witnessed a manager stand-by watching while inventory was being destroyed because ‘it wasn’t her job.’ I am sure things like this push prices up.

big box brick and mortar store which unfortunately seem to be disappearing. staff were very considerate. asking immediately if we needed any assistance, but laying off when we declined. finally had a few questions and they were right on it. answered everything we needed, and we’re truthful, not just trying to say what they thought we wanted to hear. had a question the associate wasn’t able to answer directly and the immediately got in touch with someone who was able to help. good selection of products, and unlike some other places actually have stock.
Store is great and staff are super helpful. Do yourself a favor and don’t do curbside pickup. Go in the store if you need to pick somthing up. I waited over 30 minutes for my order to be brought to my car, I had a sleeping baby in the car so I didn’t want to go in. Had I known it would take that long I would have picked up my order at a different time when I could go inside.
I recently purchased a new dryer from Best Buy, and I have to say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and I was left completely satisfied with my purchase.
First and foremost, the manager at the Best Buy store was incredibly helpful and informative. He took the time to walk me through all the different dryer options available, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. His expertise and guidance really helped me feel confident in my purchase.
Once I had made my selection, the checkout process was quick and easy. I was able to take advantage of some great deals and promotions, which made the purchase even sweeter.
When it came time for delivery, the Best Buy team did not disappoint. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient, ensuring that my new dryer was installed and ready to use in no time at all.
Since using my new dryer, I have been extremely pleased with its performance. It dries my clothes quickly and efficiently, and the various settings and features make it incredibly easy to use. I can confidently say that this dryer has made my laundry routine much more efficient and enjoyable!

The service was excellent. Without asking the salesperson loaded my cart and said when I checked out he would be back to put it in my vehicle. And that’s what he did. He was also very courteous and respectful.
So my Dad purchased a laptop on Saturday morning and once the transaction was completed, the salesperson printed a copy of my dad’s receipt and stuffed it in his pocket stating, “I have to give it to the manager”. Sounds fishy doesn’t it. I emailed the store leadership email and received no response. I called today and asked for a manager. I was put on hold and then it went into a voicemail box. I left a detailed message and no call back yet. No one will convince me that this is common practice. No one. I’m going to file a police report with the Parma Police department to have the incident on record. I have the salesperson’s name as well.
