  1. I had a great experience at this hotel when my family and I come to Melting Pot Cafe to have lunch, there were plenty of food choices and friendly staff. But there’s one staff that serves my family with a heart even though he helps me keep an eye on the kiddos and he is very polite. If I’m not wrong his name is Anthony and he is a Trainee from Indonesia. Thanks for the experience, such wonderful service, and food!

  2. The receptionist staff are polite and helpful, however the cafe’s staff are less friendly except for the front counter lady. Hotel rooms need thorough checking on the quality and maintenance of the amenities, I had mine with leaking (quite bad) shower hose. Furthermore, my room aircond really takes time to cool down the room temperature.

  3. I handled visitors from Thailand and they are very satisfied with the room condition. They love the band show at the lounge, the pool, and how easy for them to get food around hotel. Recommended for stay

  4. The rooms were okay only. For those who don’t smoke, be mindful to ask for your room in a non-smoking floor. The staff were friendly & helpful but the rooms were pretty old & the toilet not so well maintained. The location is not so convenient although there is a small mall opposite the hotel with a Starbucks.

    This is a four star hotel with a complete facilities.

    The rate for car parking is on the higher side for Shah Alam.

    Nonetheless, there a shops on the ground level. Level 1 and Level 2 area for meeting rooms. Surau is located at Level 3.

    We came here for our Ramadan 2023 reunion.

    Nice hotel with good location nearest to attractive place. The breakfast was awesome. The pool also good with no chlorine but with natural salt water condition. The only thing that regret me was the lift. The lift was slow, the door opener also slow. The good thing, it have 4-5lift that i hope supposed to operate all. Keep it up. 👍

    Been a favorite place to stay whenever I am in Shah Alam since it’s Grand Blue Wave days last 33 years. service and staff very friendly and courteous. Place is kept clean and good location. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The food is good and tasty with good variety.

    Been here for buffet ramadhan, this hotel formally known as blue wave hotel. For buffet what I can say is “great, delicious, reasonable”. The place is nice and comfy. The price is really reasonable for me.

    Lousy! Slow and long registration process. I was lied on the information on the noise from surrounding. Kawasan rempit. Very bad for elderly or those with small kids especially. Even lousier service. They don’t even take complaint seriously. Think twice or thrice before you book this hotel.

    Second time staying here. Breakfast has decent variety, it’s an old hotel next to taman tasik Shah alam, cleanliness nice. First time everything was fine. Got a room facing different another building, not a good view but able to enjoy stay. Unfortunately second time, 25-27th Dec, motorbike sound extremely annoying, unable to sleep. Eventhough, the staffs are friendly, nice breakfast, housekeeping are excellent, but disappointed with loud noise motorbikes we can’t rest at night. Beyond hotels control. Unfortuna

    Very bad management and inexperienced in problem solving considering is a 5 star hotel. There is issue on the payment between the hotel and the bank due to change of dates. They attempted to contact the bank but require us to confirm with the bank on the transaction. We had contacted the bank to confirm on the transaction but anyhow the bank still dispute the payment. Without providing other alternatives, the hotel threaten us by saying they will make a police report on us in a polite manner. As a consumer who paid the credit card in time every month, we feel we were treated unfairly just because the hotel could not settle it with the bank. The hotel could have given alternative such as using other card but unfortunately they could only think of making a police report on us. The worst thing is they said this is after discussion with their manager. If they are just using police report threat to make us think of a solution for them, I would say they have successfully reach their purpose. I felt really disappointed especially when they are rated as 5 stars hotel. If they are telling me they are a 2-3 stars, I definitely understand the reason and doesn’t mind this kind of treatment. The room cleanliness also has room for improvement as they are still spiders in the bathroom when we just checked in. Apparently the staff responsiveness was slow when requested for addition of bed but was fast to decide to make a police report when reason for not receiving payment is due to the bank. A very good 5 star hotel.

    My family stayed at the Saujana Hotel KL for the weekend. Beautiful hotel, outstanding service! During our buffet breakfast, a staff known as Mr Azija went beyond to assist my family in making our dining experience stress-free. Thank you! We truest enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

    The resort hotel is, in my view somewhat dated. It’s in a quiet sprawling area. Nevertheless the rooms and facilities are comfortable and clean. The bedsheet and comfortors are rather worn out. The condition of the room doors speaks for the age of the hotel. If you are looking for a place to retreat, this is ideal. Good facilities. The food is also tasty. Efficient service.

    Rooms: spacious, lovely view, and all basic amenities available. Understand that they are going green but toilet paper and tissue box is left half-used upon check-in which is kind of weired as we have only around 10pcs of tissue left in the box. Bathroom has moulds, and shower head holder is broken. They should really work on their maintenance and housekeeping. Service: Front desk service is fine. Went to the cafe right by the lobby-Illy, the staff probably might not be having a good day as she was so unfriendly and served us cold chicken pie. When asked to reheat, she just did it with a long face. At least the fruit tart tastes great. Location: need to get a grab to malls. Took a while to get grab too.

    There are plenty to improve here. I stayed at The Club room. Almost RM500/night. Stayed there for 2 nights. The room was dusty. I had to call the manager to do housekeeping again. There was leaking faucet, dusty blinds, dirty windows, and the coffee machine provided in-room was not working. The swimming pool at the club was closed. Business centre was also closed. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections (I went to Charcoal restaurant instead of Senja because more variety) The free flow evening snacks were good! They served duck, soups, sandwiches, cakes, expensive nuts, and espresso! Apart from the dusty room, we had a good stay.
