  1. Huge places here, a lot of food displays coffee is great, but unfortunately the food ( pastries n cakes ) a bit dry. Guessed the cakes’ ve been displayed more than 2 days ?
    Hopefully the management will improve the logistics 😉.

  2. Typing over 200 words or alphabet, i dont remember so i just go all out now. I hope it this review will lead to two hunderes words. Doing this review for level in the contribution thing on google lol. So here it is. Having viral donut and coffees during lunch hour so that i can fill my belly for a journey over 200km. The donut is damn sweet and dangerous so watch out guys. Don’t want to cut your leg off cause its damn sweet extra cheese and sugar in it.

  3. It was busy when I was there, but the staff were ok, place were full but clean and tidy, no unattended table.

  4. The service I received during my visit there was excellent, the staff made an extra effort to help me choose my pastries.
    What could have been better is the cushion at the seats near the wall (back portion). They are very upright, and the cushions are old and soft. You can feel the wood you are seeing on.
    The other thing is Internet was down for the 2 hours that I spent there.

  5. It’s too noisy to do work here and certainly not a place for discussion, maybe light chat is okay. The speaker is too loud. So you have a noisy Starbucks sitting next to a noisy highway. Maybe it’s quiet during the day time. But I only went here once in the evening. In short the atmosphere could have been better.

    Not sure what kind of concept is that about this Reserve, the staff were the worse I had ever met so far, the normal Starbucks even better. Didn’t ask my friend what size for the drink and just gave him the large one directly. The staff even wrote my name wrong after I spell it out to him. A ridiculous experience.

    Can just try for the RESERVE special coffee, good eviorment for small grp meet up, there have 1 indoor meeting table can fit for 10 pax above.

    worst experience ever, of all the Starbucks I have visited. How can this be Starbucks Reserve store when all you have is Baristas with bad and rude attitude? the Cold Foam Iced Espresso that I ordered tasted burnt! Disappointment

    Starbucks special store, friendly staff, clean place. Special decoration, there are many people but few seats. It will be a little embarrassing to work here, can choose drive-thru if parking is hard to find.

    I ordered a latte and a mocha , the staff suggested to take the Reserve version. I asked what‘s the difference , he said it’s made of special coffee beans and even brewed by a different coffee machine. So I thought , sure why not. Afterall it’s just a coffee , right ?BUT , what he didn’t tell me is : 1. There’s no mocha option for Reserve , only Latte with a pump of chocolate syrup. 2. It contains FOUR (4) shots of espresso per cup ( Venti) 3. You can actually request for less caffeinated one with the same coffee beans. Please DON’T try the ‘Reserve’ one if your body can’t take that much of caffeine. Me and my mom both had a bad reaction to it , feels sick after like 2-3 hours later. We throw up , and feel super uncomfortable. Please enlighten your customer with details clearly after this. I hate when this happens.

    A two-storey outlet with a drive-through and dedicated parking lot. There are tables outside as well. Adjacent with a McDonald’s, hence traffic can be a bit messy. There’s a unique Japanese style garden out front. Friendly crew.

    One of the worker is very unprofessional I’ve ordered pure matcha latte and I bought a tumbler to fill in my drink …. and I saw she spilled and wasted quite alot of my drink and only fill half of the drink in my tumbler…and it’s taking very slow 😔😔😔 I wish you can do something about it . Tqs
