  1. Linda is a resident of Discovery Village at Tampa PaIms. She is now in memory care. I am very pleased with the staff and how they treat their guests. They are extremely helpful and patient. When I go to visit they greet me by name with a smile. I feel she is receiving the best possible care.

  3. I want everybody to know, that this is a fabulous place to stay.The staff is top notch they treat you with open arms. I have had nothing but fun since I got here in November.Angeline is an amazing executive director. I love it here !

  4. I love this community because there are so many friendly people here. The staff is always willing to help you. I love all of the animal incorporated activities,I’m an animal lover . The dining room staff are the most hardworking, Jose makes living here an wonderful experience. TC is a rockstar!

  5. Angeline is a marvelous executive director. She is fully involved visible and approachable. Discovery Village shines because of it. Vivi, the memory care director, is passionate about the care her residents receive. The staff she hires are amazing. The unit is kept so clean and the garden area is beautiful and tranquil. My mom was in the memory care unit for over a year. She received wonderful, personalized care. I always felt welcomed. It will forever mean so much to me.

    I love living in ELLA! The location in the northeast corner of downtown Tampa is great – I can walk to any place in downtown. The building is beautiful and has lots of amenities including a big pool. The rooms are spacious and the layout is very well designed. I feel very safe here. There is a pizza place in the building! The people on the staff are very capable and helpful and caring. There are two talented handymen onsite M-F who will fix things and take care of problems. The three people who manage the building work hard to give us a nice home and care about the residents, and they provide activities for us. I could go on and on – I definitely recommend this building as a great place to live.

    Great senior living experience. The maintenance staff is excellent and timely with requests. The facility is kept in excellent condition for the most part. The apartment manager and staff are great too.

    My dad has been living at Ella at ENCORE for almost one year, and my experience with management and staff at this apartment complex is exceptional. They are very mindful of their clients, and requests for servicing is normally done promptly and effectively. It’s evident that at The Ella at Encore in Tampa, you are not just a tenant, you are “family”. A special thank you to the Manager and staff for their excellent service.

    Cars get repeatedly broken into. Gotten broken into 2X less than 6 months time. Catalytic converters going missing on properties at Encore. Nothing to address these issues…. Sure are cameras but what good are they if thieves have face covered… same as having no cameras.. cameras for the office benefits rather than tenants benefits.

    I have been here 8 years, and I don’t want to live Anywhere else. Unless of course, my Prince Charming shows up on that white horse to carry me off into the sunset. Seriously though, this is a great place to live. The staff here are Always courteous and respectful. That goes a long way with us as Seniors. They Do Not allow things to break down. The every 3-4 months maintenance checks, makes that possible. Any issues brought forth to the property manager or staff, gets addressed immediately. I live in peace here, and that’s Priceless!

    I toured the REED at Encore this week. What an amazing housing development! -Large Balconies -High Ceilings -Large Bedrooms -Nice Common Areas -Rooftop Swimming Pool -Incredible Views -Pet Friendly -Movie Theater -Artwork -Concierge -Bright, Inviting Colors -Great Gym -Computer Lab/Business Center -Chapel -I Could Go On Forever -Affordable I will be doing some research about living in one of the developments. It is so much better than my high rent housing at 2Bayshore.
