Every time I go there the gentlemen that work there are always very professional and friendly. I haven’t been able to go as much recently due to all of the rain so today when I went they gave me a free upgrade on my wash. I loved it so much I might upgrade my subscription the next time I go. I love the free vacuums as well!3 weeks agoWe love this car wash. My husband has the heavyweight subscription and uses the car wash several times a week. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

7 months agoToday I went to this establishment to get my car washed and “detailed” when I get my car I thought they did a good job until I’m waiting for a friend I see there was crumbs still in the seat scuffs on the doors, dirt on the dash board and back dash, popsicles sticks under the seat and other things. I paid 41 to get the inside clean I wasn’t expecting to still have to vacuum and wipe down my car. The rags i used where brand new! This is what it looks like after I cleaned out the car that they was suppose to clean! Also posted products i used to clean all the visible places they missed. Terrible service I don’t recommend. As the pictures posted are proof4 months agoThey do a fantastic job with the spruce up service. You are selling your car short if you get the basic car wash without interior service. I would absolutely trust them with my car for detail service, though I have not tried them for that.2 years agoSmiling at a customer’s face is a culture and comes from proper management training. However, I paid $22 for bronze service (full service), but I don’t think I ever got that service, please check the pictures you’ll see it. Towel dry🤣 I didn’t see anyone drying the car with towels, anyway, I can dry by myself, I have towels, and I know how to dry washed car & clean up a car. I’m not satisfied and not to recommend it to anyone. I know different car wash locations with exact cost and better service.3 years agoThe employees were very friendly and easy to talk to. They all smiled, were very polite, and easy to get in contact with, so I really wanted to like them. The price was $15 more in person than the website or inside. I’m sure 99% of it was a job well done, but if I’m paying $180 to have my car detailed, I don’t expect to see accumulated hair on the e-brake or a dead fly on my dashboard when I get my car back. I keep my car fairly clean as it is, so I’ll likely go back to cleaning it myself after this experience.5 months agoAmazing!! I went skydiving last summer. Whew where do I begin… I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option so 1 star it is…
Welp… I had to come back here twice to have them clean my interior and exterior. (Wasted my time, gas, energy and money).
They said they couldn’t run my car through the traditional car wash and offered me touch less. Ok and my car is still dirty- both exterior and interior.
I also requested a scent and the interior cleaned. Why was my trunk(which I specifically asked to have cleaned) the same way it looked when I arrived???? So was the inside of my car (minus light vacuuming).
I highly suggest you wash your own car. This is one thing I will never waste my money on again.
Staff always diligent, doing a great job. Always exceptionally kind, polite and professional. Great job! Price has risen quite a bit over the last 3 years but I still consider it worth the price. Handicapped accessible.
Special thanks to Cody for taking care of my car personally because it wasn’t well-cleaned. I am rating Cody 5stars but the rest 4. Because I told them to vacuum the boot properly and it wasn’t even touched. Also the interior cleaning was not good at all till Cody took care of it.
Please be more careful to your customers,especially if they’re loyal and have been using the service since years like me. Doesn’t go with your quality. I pay $75 every month to have my car clean.

This is the worst car wash I ever used. Firstly, I was disappointed that you need to have $2 in quarters to vaccuum your car in addition to the car wash price. I don’t generally carry around quarters so I couldn’t vaccuum my car, but I thought at least I was able to clean it, right? Wrong! When I left the car wash my car looked exactly as dirty as when I entered it. There was no difference. It was completely useless. There is still dirt all over my car and I am going to have to go pay to wash it somewhere else. I don’t understand the point in a carwash that doesn’t do the least bit of washing your car. I recommend going anywhere else.
I went to get my car cleaned and there was some grit on the side. I asked to talk to the manager, who was wonderful. He told me that it was brake dust and showed my how it can be removed. Then I opened my trunk and realized that it had been missed. The manager was wonderful! He took time to clean the trunk himself and everything looked great. I highly recommend this Hoffman’s car wash.
