What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. We are thankful for the smooth start our son has had since joining ECBA! They focus on developing the whole player, where skill and character are of the utmost importance. They are organized, and dedicated to their players. We are looking to forward to watching our son grown with their program.

  2. East Coast Batting is clearly the best baseball training center in the region for players looking to develop. Though the name implies batting is the specialty, my son’s pitching progress has been definitive. He’s gained speed on his fastball and he now has a solid curve. Love the staff at ECB as well. Just a great team all around.

  3. Not impressed at all with this place. Here are several things I didn’t like.
    1. No place to sit for a parent believe I saw 2 chairs.
    2. To rent a cage for 1 hour is $63 not worth it. Iam from Upstate SC and cages in way nicer facilities and bigger facilities cost $30 for a hour.
    3. Baseballs you use are very worn and busted.
    4. Wanted my credit card info to reserve a space.
People might like what they get down here but not me wasn’t worth the $31.50 I paid for 30 minutes. Take your kid to a field and throw to him. This place is a strikeout.

  4. It’s hard to find decent batting cages in the charleston area. My opinion, they have everything a player needs to work on their game. So they don’t have seating for parents to watch……that’s ok .

  5. Randy Carlson has amazing facilities and Instructer, Alex Graulich, has helped our son improve his hitting and pitching skills tremendously. They truly care about their student athletes they assist. Our son Nicholas said, “Alex helped me through a difficult season and helped become a better ball player than I ever thought I could be.”. So thankful!

This place is as good as it gets in terms of a facility to train, work on different aspects of a player’s game, and anything & everything else any ball player could/would ever need. The owner is as professional and knowledgeable as they come. Will also help in any way to accommodate any player, team(s,) coaches that might ever come up. If you or someone you know are EVER looking for a place to work on your game (be it for baseball or softball…) this is THE PLACE TO GO. Myself and each and every one of my teammates HIGHLY RECOMMEND Third Monkey Sports!!!

Great little place for a great workout. Owen and operated by fantastic people. Flexible. Equipment always in great condition. CLEAN!!! And doesn’t smell like a locker room. Parents, you can trust these folks to bring you quality coaching too.

We’re in town for a tournament (drove 7 hours to get here). We brought our son and daughter for baseball and softball bp. The facility has a great setup and good quality equipment to work with. Amy was very accommodating with our needs. We returned to the facilty, included more of my son’s teammates interested in getting bp too. Would highly recommend this place!

What an awesome place that I didn’t know existed! Indoor batting cages, so much fun. Super well maintained, they have everything you need. They even do baseball trading card nights. When was the last time you hit a few? Go now!

We’ve used this facility while in town for the summer. Coach Stephen is excellent. He is fantastic with kids. Best hitting instruction my son has ever received. The summer camp was great too! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic people and facility! Our son had his birthday party there today and all the kids had a great time. The family that runs the facility is super sweet and helpful. We went there a few weeks ago for some batting practice and my son didn’t want to leave.
