What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Made an appointment ahead of time show up and both my puppies get send home because technicians found a knot on their fur come on now cut the knot and give them the bath. They didn’t want to work they were rushing to go home repeatedly saying they close early today. Kaylee and her other long hair partners were rude to me and my kids said I don’t wanna talk to you go me and walked away . Manager showed up and did nothing . Certainly taking my business somewhere else horrible customer service and poor people skills . Treat customers better your business run because of us .

  2. 1/31/23 I have been meaning to come here to pick up a different type of dog food for my dog. The website said they had it in stock, and I was looking around for it and found it. The store was organized. The only strange thing that I noticed was that the security guard was putting items back on the shelf (restocking?). I would come back here again, but the only question I have is cN you buy prescription dog good without a prescription?

  3. PetSmart employees are all very friendly and work quickly. I have been in this location several times & I’m always pleased with the service. Yesterday, I had a great experience with their Grooming Salon. Great job.. I’ll be returning. Thanks ????

  4. My husband was trying to pick up an online order, but no one was available to help him. Only one cashier with a huge line. They simply need more employees. Not only is it frustrating for customers, but it’s frustrating for employees as well to be overworked and understaffed. My biggest concern is if they are that short staffed, how are they properly caring of all of the animals they are selling or adopting out? And please, if you want a pet, there are so many waiting to be adopted. I wish the big box pet stores would adopt pets out rather than selling them as babies. There are so many parrots, lizards, rabbits, cats, dogs etc. that need good homes. A company that would embrace this idea would be well respected.

  5. Love Grace. I have two special needs pups whom I bring for grooming. One is 17 and nearly blind and deaf. He’s a longhair doxie and needs regular grooming and teeth, ears, nails done. He has a heart murmur.
My other is a schnauzer whom I groom every 8 weeks full cut. He has anxiety. Both were rescues. Grace is patient with mine and takes her time. I do book express services which I pay extra for but then she does all services without them going into a holding cage.

Super rude staff at the concord petco on concord avenue over the phone. Called on 5/8/23 at around 6PM asking if they had a product and what price they carried at and was told to wait one second and then left on hold for 5 minutes and then was hung up on. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Service is grand at first it felt like they were watching me so I don’t steal but shortly befriended and provided sound knowledge and a variety of selections in dog treats and food for my German Shepard. Five start feel with experience

We were looking for a hamster, and they had plenty of choice! We were able to hold them and pick which one fit best with our family. The associate was kind and professional. Products are a good price and check out went smoothly. Also the adoption paperwork has gotten a lot easier now that it is digital. I’d gladly recommend this place.

Terrible grooming, even worse customer service. This is what I get for trying to save $20. Kristen B (grooming manager) is a condescending, unprofessional human to say the least. Pics speak for themselves. The bizarre looking , sad dog is the product of PETCO…the cute doodle is the product of an actual groomer with actual skills

Dead rotting rodent, had to be there for more than a few day. Advertising mealworms and dried mealworms with no nutritional value for leopard geckos. Mealworms will kill a leopard gecko they can’t digest that. And just poor knowledge on the health of their animals and what they need. Avoid if you can.

We got our dog Leto, August of 2021. He’s amazing! He’s been with us in many adventures. Good place to home fur babies

Took my very nervous Husky/Border Collie to get neutered at the spay and neuter clinic. Super amazing staff from the beginning of the appointment all the way to end. They let me sit with him while he got his sedation shot. Super friendly and understanding of the fact that sometimes it take a little patience with some dogs specially when they have been traumatized somewhere else. To all the staff thank you so very much!!!! highly recommend.

This was the most amazing place I’ve been to in so long!! I am a disabled veteran so money is tight I was so happy when my va rep told me about this place! On Wednesdays they help out the veteran community by offering us free help for our furry little family members!! Yes I said FREE!!! That is free shots and spay and neuter and flea and tick and heart worm prevention also the check up and all other concerns were addressed while I was while I was there too!! I don’t know what else could have been better really!!!??!! They were so incredibly nice too! they spent an hour with us and made sure to answer all my questions as well. I have 2 dogs and they offer all this to both my puppers!! I am so amazed and so thankful like for real I know I have said it a million times over now but thank you guys so very very much and I have told so many people to go to you and that you guys are wonderful brilliant and just super awesome all around!!!!

What a wonderful place. The staff and volunteers are amazing. The facility is remarkable. They have everything the animals need on site! I have driven by for years, and am very aware of Arf, but hadn’t been in to see what it’s all about. My wife and I will be going back so she can find her new friend very soon.

We went in to check on about giving donations and found our youngest! Staff was super nice definitely were trying to find perfect and good homes. We were interested in one cat but already had 2 others however she was sure to inform us of the health risks towards our other cats bringing home that one she maybe she wasn’t a good fit! We ended up getting a different cutie though, who fits perfectly with our family!
