- Reviews:A staffing issue more than anything else. I was able to have a dog crate held at the counter for me. When i came in to pay and pick it up, an employee knew exactly why I was there and immediately retrieved the crate and brought it to the counter for checkout. But, there was no one available to help me get it out to and load it into the car. I don’t know if it’s because is Xmas season, but the shelves were mostly empty. And they need more employees. Otherwise it was all good. 👍
Always courteous, friendly, and informative. My baby Lola loves going for every service that it’s offer and that includes the Vet services!
Had a very bad experience yesterday 1/18/2023. Asked Alexander for help in the dog’s food section and in a not too polite manner told me he was busy with another client. I waited patiently for his assistance, which I desperately needed but he NEVER came to assist me. Very rude and unacceptable from an employee who’s supposed to serve customers. If this reflects his usual stance with customers, he is doing more wrong than good to this store and the franchise in general!!! Definitely won’t patronise this store again, because they don’t seem to understand that customer service is number 1.
The Carolina Escorial store is much more friendlier and customer service oriented.
No available customer service to assist with pleasant attitude due ro have other duties ro work on!
