  2. PetSmart really has a great selection of everything for my pet rats. & well ALL animals! It’s a really neat store! I have 6 rats I’ve posted pics of 3 of them-“Ezra” ” Salt” & “Trixie” 🐀🐁 such sweet pets to have! But this store is really nice all around for all pets!!!!! 💯💜🐁🐀

  3. My pup visited the grooming center. He’s extremely nervous going anywhere new and not an easy dog to groom. Janelle was our groomer and did an outstanding job! It was the best he had ever had in his 14 years. We couldn’t be more pleased.

If I could leave 0 I would I was at the fish section for over 30 mins standing in line while they assisted somebody before me while I was waiting longer, I continued to wait because obviously I went there to purchase items I continued to wait while the guy there wrapped the fish he knew I was waiting and took off to the back room. RIDICULOUS I asked the cashier to send somebody to the fish section again after 5 mins NOBODY CAME but they have workers coming down the aisles non stop even when I asked they ignored and kept on texting or whatever they were doing on that phone OBVIOUSLY NOT WORKING. Don’t COME HERE IF YOURE LOOKING TO BUY ANYTHING BECAUSE ONE THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING AND TWO THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT MONEY APPARENTLY

    I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, but Petco needs to change the way they handle dog kibble bags so that they’re not creating air holes in the bags. In 2 separate kibble purchases, I had to exchange ALL of the bags because there was a small hole in each of the bags – which I learned happens because the staff is told to “throw the bags on the floor before placing them on the shelves so that they’ll lay flat. Well, it may look nice, but if a small hole is created in the bag, the freshness and quality of the food begins to deteriorate.

    I usually only go to Petco for medicine due to the fact that the pet food is expensive. The employee who helped me out is Austin. Super sweet, friendly, great customer service. Made it super easy and help me to find exactly what I needed

    The grooming department here is incompetent. I’ve been taking my dog to Petco grooming back home (VA) for years with no issues. First time taking my dog here for a quick nail-trim service and I’m told that my dog is “too aggressive” and that I can’t bring her back because she is a “safety issue”. My dog is an Aussie and is overly friendly and has never been described as aggressive. The only issue my dog has ever had with grooming is the hair dryer sound and I’ve told groomers not to use the hair dryer – no big deal. To me, it appears that this grooming dept is in need of basic dog handling training because they obviously don’t know what they are doing causing my dog to be afraid of them. They would rather blame the dog rather than themselves. Never going back to this store for anything.

    This review isn’t about Petco but about Vetco. Vetco advertises as a “clinic,” it’s NOT a clinic – it’s a misrepresented and shabbily run veterinarian inside a Petco. The young ladies who checked me in were very nice – but the vet herself was surly and unpleasant. The “health check” AND vaccinations took all of 3 minutes. Max. The price of the so-called health check was $93, and the vaccines were added on top of that. I could’ve gone to a real veterinarian for the $124 and change the visit cost. My 8 year old chihuahua, who I’ve had since she was 5 months old, had NEVER had a negative reaction to vaccines until this one. She wouldn’t eat or drink all day and night and her face puffed up that night. Thankfully, she was all good the next morning. I should’ve walked out when the vet’s assistant told me it was policy that a dog couldn’t have all of the vaccines at once because a dog they’d vaccinated 2 weeks previously had died. If I wasn’t disabled with a quite meager income, I wouldn’t return for the rabies vaccination for which I’ve already paid. I recommend NO ONE take their animal/s here.

    we adopted our baby boy buddy at 9weeks old had to get snipped unfortunately we couldn’t wait till he was 6months. He is wonderful, he had about 5 other brothers sisters he was second to last to get adopted. we came back to look for any of his brothers so they won’t be alone or at least be kept together. their was 1 other pup left we signed paperwork to adopt him but unfortunately someone dropped the ball. he had already been adopted but hadn’t been logged in completely as adopted until we we’re going to finalize the paperwork and enter in the system. it showed he had already been adopted. which is good but it would of been wonderful to have brothers be together.

    Found this little guy darting around in the home Depot parking lot. He almost got squished! Once I got hold of him, he’s sweet as can be – was just scared. Unfortunately he’s not chipped. But they will take good care of him here! Beautiful campus. Great staff. If no one claims him, he’ll be available to adopt 12/15.

    If you are considering getting a dog I recommend checking out the Coachella valley animal campus. 🙂 I am so glad my fiancé and I did! We rescued a beautiful chihuahua terrier. Who is so well behaved, she’s even potty trained! We’re even debating on going back to get her a friend! ❤️

    I took my family in “Black Saturday”. (Free adoption day) This facility is the nicest and cleanest I have ever been to. The staff was totally awesome and helpful. My 8yo daughter even found her fur baby. We would totally recommend the Coachella Valley Animal Campus

    Staff very friendly, they allowed me to bring in my other 3 digs to meet this dog. My Husband and I went in 2 more days to play with Duke before we brought him home. This dog is very friendly and loving, fit right in with our home.
