  1. Took my poodle to be groomed today, it was pretty quick and very well done! I believe my groomer was Jade she was super friendly and did an AMAZING job! Will be back regularly for her.

  2. I would NEVER recommend this vet!!! I scheduled an appointment A MONTH in advance for my puppies second round of vaccines. I took off time at work and got there early. When I got there the girl at the front desk told me that the vet was running 2 hours behind and i would have to reschedule. NOBODY called me to tell me or sent me an email to let me know this in advance!! This place has incompetent schedulers and seems to me they dont care about the health of these animals either. WASTE OF TIME.

  3. Bathrooms have now been locked due to drug users and homeless in the area causing issues under the pretence of keeping them clean. Now you are required to have a chaperone to gain access only to find a handprint of feces on the wall. Clean? I think not

  4. My precious baby went in to be groomed. We didn’t get out of the store before seeing a tick on her head. We took her back inside to have it removed. Whatever they washed her with has caused her skin to rash up. Her ears have given her much trouble she had diarrhea as well. We have taken her to the Veterinary Hospital twice since then. I’ve called and been give the run around I’m still waiting On a call from Brook. I’ve even been to the store and ironically she’s never in.

  5. Good store. I get my regular cat food here, but they still run short long after the pandemic. Entering and exiting the parking lot is tough because traffic almost always blocks the entrance and exit. Prices as expected.

    The tatted baddie with the blue hair did amazing on grooming my dog. I highly recommend this chick to anyone for your fur babies needs!

    Refused to sell us feeder fish because we chose a higher quality fish (tetras) as our feeders. Sales guy said they were little lives that mattered but apparently the goldfish and rosy reds lives do not. What about MY pets who cannot have those cheaper fish due to the thiaminase they contain? Sad you just lost a long time customer.

    We have been taking our Lhasa here for a while with mixed results. We recently got a new Shih Tzu puppy and he has a little bit higher energy. We brought him in to be groomed and he had a not on his account that he can be aggressive(not true) so the groomer then made up a story about how his ears are too matted to be groomed and we would need to take him to the Vet. We went home and easily brushed out the matting in a few minutes. Needless to say we will be taking both of our dogs elsewhere. The groomers at this location are lazy and will not want to cut your dog if there is any difficulty at all. Avoid this location like the plague.

    Pet Supplies Plus, located at Reynolda Manor Shopping Center, is a great store to shop for all of your pet’s needs. The team members there are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, your pets are welcome there to shop with you. (As long as they are pet friendly, of course). The store is very organized and clean. If you haven’t shopped there, you need to give them a try!

    This is my #1 place for all things pets! They’ve always had what my critters need or want, the store is clean and well organized, and the staff is pleasant and always helpful.
