What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Since my boyfriend lives near here, whenever I come down to visit him I always have him bring me. I absolutely love playing with the puppies, and always wish I could have every single animal in there. Just a month ago, I decided to get the sweetest lil’ bunny, and I named her Mochi. I wouldn’t trade my bun for the world. She’s got so much sass, and always always always makes my day. Love this place so much!

  2. My daughter brought our puppy in September 2021 from here. Love the service and dog. We are so pleased and happy we chose this place for a puppy. Braxton is now 6mos old. Thank you!

  3. I purchased a ferret (Pedro) Saturday that had been there since October. He has stolen the show with everyone! He’s happy…. thanks guys. 😊 He’s adjusting great….

  4. I have purchased 4 puppies (2 of them 2 days ago) over the past decade from Pet Land Inc, and as usual the staff offered superior customer service, an extensive knowledge of their product and pets, and offered great advice to care for the newly adopted pets! This is a true FIVE STAR company! Thank you.

  5. I used to come here when I was a kid with my mom and grandma after going to the Baskin Robbins next door. Before we’d leave the mall, we’d get ice cream and look at the puppies.

Very easy adoption process. They are doing the best they can with what they have. Only issue ran into as they do not have a vet on staff had to wait 10 days to get animal as they wanted to fix them first. Other than that great staff.

I’ve called them more than 5 times regarding a neighbors neglected dog who has to sit in it’s on feces and urine much of the day while it’s stuck outside on a 20 sqft balcony to deal with whatever elements are thrown it’s way. This does not include trips to my apartment complex’s leasing office where I’ve gone many times and also gotten the same result: nothing. Owners specifically seem to enjoy putting him outside when it’s raining where he makes noises dogs should never ever make. This has been going on for almost a year now…I’ve put up with it long enough.

There’s a nice group of people caring for the dogs and cats. For anyone who has lost a pup, best to go there because the pictures don’t always look like the dog I’m walking . This shelter is only 10 miles from Byron and if you’ve never seen a scared dog boogie, they make tracks!

These folks really care about and for the animals in their care . This is a tough job to do, especially if you love animals . Knowing that so many don’t have forever homes and might never get them, is extremely hard…

The staff are helpful, and the facility is clean and well lit. The cat rooms are well setup, so it’s easy to spend time with each cat and not overly crowded or stressful. It’s hard not to take home a furry family member or two!

I have been emailing All About Animals since mid October asking how I can apply to volunteer, as I’ve been available to help daily. I got one reply by email, in October, asking for my cell number but no name was given. No one called me. I haven’t heard a word since then, by email or phone, though I have emailed FIVE times total. Clearly, they don’t need much help if they won’t call or email a willing, available, and experienced, volunteer back in over 2 months. We adopted a rescue senior deaf dog elsewhere, as we wanted to give a home to a dog that was struggling with finding a home. It’d be difficult to recommend this place to anyone looking to adopt or volunteer, as there are other rescues who do reply and work with their volunteers.

All about animals really care about their rescues. They ask a lot of questions about you and really try to match a dog with you. They make sure they’re finding the cat or dog the right home! They care so much about their animals. I am so happy that they’re so dedicated to their animals! Their kennels are so much bigger than most shelters and rescues. The adoption process may be a little long but it’s worth it. It’s not just you who has to be satisfied with your pet but your pet needs to be satisfied with you! And AAA makes sure that it happens. I highly recommend this rescue and encourage everyone to donate to this great cause!!! They do reply slow but I promise they get the job done they’re working jobs too! They are hard working people. Mary, Kathy, and Alex were absolutely wonderful! I’m so happy with Molly being home with me! AAA really transforms their rescues. They come in so timid and scared but the volunteers work for a long time to help the dogs come out of their fear!! 🙂 it’s a great place to adopt. It’s all worth it in the end! I love that they care so much about their animals. It’s really is all about the animals! This rescue just blew me away with all they do to find the perfect homes for these animals ❤️ Now my long journey of finding the perfect dog for me has ended 😌☺️ ALSO, BEFORE YOU ADOPT MAKE SURE YOURE READY TO! MAKE SURE YOURE 100 PERCENT COMMITTED. SEPARATE YOUR WANTS AND NEEDS IN THE DOG TRAITS! IM TIRED OF SEEING DOGS BEING BROUGHT BACK TO THE SHELTER AND GIVEN FALSE HOPE!

We adopted our pup Broly a year ago when he was 3 months old. The process was so easy. I loved working with All About Animals and would recommend them to anyone looking to adopt. They even provided his shots and a chip to get him microchipped with when we had him fixed later.

All About Animals is an amazing organization. I made an appointment to take my two female dogs for a meet & greet. When we arrived, I was asked what I was looking for. I replied that I was looking for a male with special needs or older. (I adopt those who are harder to place.) Please forgive me if I have the incorrect name but Liza was awesome. She introduced us to two males that she thought would be compatible with my females. The girls picked out their brother…he is 10 months old and deaf. He will be learning sign language. I highly recommend All About Animals. Their concern is the pet and the care (or lack of care) it will receive. If an application is rejected, you can bet there is an excellent reason behind it.
