  1. The staff was very knowledgeable about the pets in the store and they were able to help me set up a new aquarium for my house. I’m very happy with everything that I found there. They have a big variety of animals and different kinds of food for your pets. This is a place you need to check out if you only shop at the local PetSmart store.

  2. I had a clown loach, six years old that had stress ick and I think he acquired it from a nervous gourami I saved from my nephew. I asked the employee in the fish department and explained what I would have to do to save him but apparently I was too late. The very knowledgeable employee shows how well Whites team is about your pets. He gave me a ray of hope where I had none. Thanks Whites.

  3. I come here all the time for food for my small animals. I honestly feel they can do better when it comes to the Guinea pigs and rats. The store has looked the same for 10 years, they can invest in better homes for animals that need more space. Shame on you for putting 6 male Guinea pigs together in a small confinement with 2 houses. They never have fresh veggies they don’t have great amounts of hay (that they need) and they all look miserable. Step your game up and take better care of your animals. Only pellets and pine bedding doesn’t cut it. Plus the multiple huge rats in small tanks. You’re a disgrace of pet shop. Invest in your store!!

  4. Beyond pleased with this pet store. I came here to scope them out and they let me handle one of their snakes. The snakes seemed really healthy and well taken care of. The staff who helped me was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back soon to purchase a snake from them when I am ready!

    This place is great. They have appointments now! Either for vaccines or spay and neuter They are also a full vet clinic now so you can go for anything. You make your appointments online…prepay…(vet exam is $29- & goes towards visit) Vaccines are cheaper here than most places too. Never have had any issues here I have 6 animals that have been there. Below are 4 of the 6 animals that have been there my 2 dogs are GSD and blue Queensland heeler.

    From the minute i called for information, i felt that they would take care of my fur baby. Very positive experience. Asked about putting our baby down to having her tumor removed. Costs were very reasonable. Best clean friendly professional facility. Recommended for sure.👍

    I will not take my pets anywhere else. I have 7 cats and they have all gotten fixed, chipped, shots and wellness checks there. My last cat is going to have her eye surgery there as well. All the staff is awesome, very caring, polite and professional. I love that my babies are in good hands.🥰

    It was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was large and clean. It had plenty of seating while you waited for your pet to be brought out. The one and only thing that I wasn’t too happy about was the parking. It was hard to find a space in the parking lot. Other than that, I give 5 solid stars

    If I could rate no stars I would, its so unfortunate that even in a establishment where customer service is one of the most important qualities you should have prior to filling out the application for employment to serve customers is just not the case at this location.. Its expected for a sales associate from time to time to make a mistake, but a manager is put into a position to do just that manage and find solutions unfortunately we got none of that from Manager Noelia in the grooming dept.. As a professional your emotions are supposed to line up to your commitment unfourtunately hers didnt and she decided to use them to make it difficult for us and now all of a sudden our dog is on an alert that was never the case until now because we made the complaint no one wants to see or work with our dog they have canceled all of our appointments when all we where trying to do was find a soulution,, actions speak louder then words and unfourtunately her actions do not line up to that of what she has commited to as a manager.

    We got fish and a parakeet here. Went back for a larger tank and more fish. There was no pressure to add items which was appreciated. Bird and fish were healthy and doing well.

    I was so happy to find a huge selection of wet cat food. I had no idea some of those brands existed. My senior kitty has been throwing up from friskies so I wanted to see if a change in her diet would help. I found Purina Pro, and Authority and now no more kitty vomit 🙂 Also found an adorable chew toy on sale for $2.50 for my yorkie. I’m a happy camper. I might be back to buy a beta fish soon 🙂

    PetSmart was awesome 👍🏻 clean aisles, friendly staff, and very pet friendly… I started taking my dog to obedience training and it turned out very well Sandra the trainer is very good at her profession she made training very easy comfortable and entertaining. My dog as well as myself loved every minute of the experience I highly recommend this to other dog owners. We can hardly wait to go back we have done our homework and are ready to impress Sandra with our new tricks.
