What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I found a stray dog in my neighborhood that was definitely someone’s pet. The City of Fort Worth told me to bring it to the humane society and gave me this address.

Unfortunately they weren’t able to take the dog, and gave some information but were 7nable to tell who I could take the dog to. I thought that would have been very nice information for them to have.

Even though the visit did not solve my problem, the staff was efficient and friendly.

  2. Helping save innocent lives of precious animals. For my trip, it was a dog. I encourage everyone to come to the shelter for a precious little animal for a pet. They did nothing wrong, people change places to live, that don’t allow pets, so they drop them off not knowing, they are going to kill those animals if someone doesn’t step up to adopt them in a week. HELP

  3. This post is for Oscar!! I seriously hope he sees it.

I want to thank you, AGAIN, for being so kind to me and my boys!! You are an amazing person, I hope you know… Your kindness will never be forgotten!!

Also, the lady by the door… I’m sorry I didn’t ask for it… I want to thank you for helping me with my baby, Drake!! You helped without judgement and without skipping a beat…

Both of you, are AMAZING, I hope you know!!

Definitely recommend going here, if you need to.

  4. Called to get info on kittens and the lady who answered sounded like a child first off. Secondly, she said she isn’t supposed to give me info on the kittens but she would. 🤦‍♀️ She was talking fast and you couldn’t understand what she was saying. It’s $150 to adopt a kitten. NO THANKS! Seriously what a joke. Obviously I hit a nerve with their response. I understand exactly what was said and I did not say you have a child working for you, I said the girl sounded like a child there is a difference, I hope you understand that. You are very condescending, which tells me a lot.

  5. We had to put our dog Russie to sleep today. HSNT took really good care of our fur baby. He was made very comfortable and we had the chance to say our goodbyes. He went peacefully. HSNT was very patient with us. Thank you so much. ❤️

What a great time! I brought my fiancee here because she loves cats. The one staff member there had such a great energy in general. We got a 1 hour ticket each to spend time with the cats. Drinks and snacks included. We had so much fun with the many cats who need to be adopted. Please visit here because the money from the tickets to visit and the merch they sell all go to the care of the cats to be taken care of. These cats need a home and even visiting them and giving them some social time is so important. You can board cats and adopt from here. Love this place!

We love this place! Their boarding is the best! They take such amazing care of our fur ball and send daily post cards with pictures. We could not ask for a better boarding place for our cat. It’s also so much fun to go to the cafe and love on all the other cute cats/kittens. Highly recommend checking this place out!

We visited The Casual Cat Cafe on a Saturday afternoon with a pre-made appointment. It was during the cats nap time so they were all sleeping but about halfway through they became active and very friendly. Some do mind their space but plenty of cats wanted affection. Bunch of toys around to play with the kitties. The place also has a cute store where you can buy cat toys and cat themed gifts.

Cat Boarding Review: Our cat came home happy, healthy, and rested after a 3-night stay in just their medium size room. They gave awesome little updates everyday with pictures which was very much appreciated (first time leaving cat with others). Feel comfortable boarding your cats and even older kittens here.

This place is wonderful! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. My family drove up from the Austin area and found this cat cafe. We went to one in Seattle and were eager to enjoy another. They have adorable cats, all available for adoption. The employees were very knowledgeable about the cats and you can really tell how much they enjoy their jobs and the cats they care for. They also have a cute shop that is filled with cat toys, treats and cat related stuff. I spent a good amount of money there!

Went to adopt a dog. Found one that caught my attention and we went to meet him. Fell in love. Grabbed our current dog for a meet and greet. The yard was causing a lot of stress and anxiety on our dog from the smells and they kept shoving the other dog into her face causing her to snap because she didn’t like it. And they ignored that and said it was crucial to see if she was reactive. But she was only reacting to them causing her a little discomfort. Went for a walk and she calmed down a bit and actually tried to get the other dog to play with her but they pulled him away. Kept saying it wasn’t a good match and that she was unfriendly. They were definitely going off based on her breed.Very very snobby. We went ahead and adopted the dog and they have been perfect together. Things are rocky but she’s being very good and hasn’t done anything but tried to play with him. Overall, had no idea what they were doing and mentioned that this dog was not good on a leash but he was perfect for it they just kept carrying him around everywhere. Very happy with him and a few of the ladies there were actually really nice and helpful. This dog will definitely have a good home here. Trust your gut and instincts and not just what a few people say.

Emergency dispatch wouldn’t take the two stray dogs we saved because the shelter was closed. They told us to release them back where we found them. That was their solution instead of taking in the dogs. That was so disheartening to hear, do better.

Wish I looked at the reviews before wasting my time. It’s literally storming today. Found a cat that was caught in a possum cage. Took her there so they could hopefully find her owner. Instead they refused and basically interrogated me. Like ma’am I don’t want this darn cat. It ain’t mine and I’m not keeping it at my house. Isn’t it their job to check for a chip and locate the owner? I don’t understand how you can be so rude in this profession. Trying to do something good but they wouldn’t take her so she just gonna be let back outside because it’s no my problem. They are animal control and should do their job

This rescue center is extremely clean. The staff is kind and eager to help. I adopted Madge today, and I didn’t leave until my anxiety eased into excitement with the help and information I received on how to care for my new pup. I am forever grateful, thanks !!
