  2. We adopted our beloved dog Rocky from here and the process was seamless and no nonsense! The animals seem well taken care of and provided with a medical exam and necessary shots. Would definitely recommend!

  3. This is a beautiful, spacious piece of property. The service and care for my pet were exceptional! All staff were courteous and kind and answered all my many questions.
    Animal Rescue League of Berks County was a life saver for me and my kitty, literally.

  4. I LOST MY THERAPY DOG, and this shelter looks like it’s really nice. I unfortunately wouldn’t go there probably because it would break my heart and want another dog,but we just couldn’t get one. We are both disabled and we wouldn’t be able to pay for the care. My therapy dog i trained to even pull my garbage cans to help me up curbs, etc. I trained her, and she was so smart. I miss her so much. I look at their site all the time just to look. I almost died of covid and really wish i had her. SO MY RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PLEASE if you can adopt from this shelter and get a wonderful animal today. They are so loyal and have a lot of love to give. But im just an old guy who misses having my dog, but thank GOD first n foremost i have the LORD and my wife😊. Adopt from them if you can. The animals are waiting😊. I gave 5 stars without seeing the place because if they put that much effort in their website and descriptions, they gotta be great people. Thank you all for what you do. Who knows, maybe one day i will ask if i could at least come and pet some dogs😊.

  5. I adopted my kitten from here 5 months ago now. It was a very easy and seamless process. All medical paperwork comes in a folder and is easy to bring to your vet. I was in and out within 30 minutes. My kitten is wonderful and I thank anyone who fostered him before he got to me. My only issue was that when I did take him to the vet, they discovered that his Distemper shots had been done incorrectly and they had to start the series of shots over, leaving me with a bigger bill than expected. Frustrating after paying an adoption fee that promises all shots are completed. Either they had been done incorrectly or it wasn’t recorded correctly….we will never know.

    My dog Harley met his groomer right away the minute we arrived she asked how he wanted the hair done on Harley after describing what we wanted and needed she took our dog and went right to work told us how long it was going to take when we arrived you were totally shocked to see that Harley was looking so beautiful and cute she did exactly what we wanted her to do very happy very pleased.

    Having a wonderful Peaceful and enjoyable evening I wondered in to grab a few Things. I was elated to be able to leave feeling the same way. From the girl that got the crickets for me, Thank you!     Horrible experience. Dropped off my pup at the groomer’s & received a call a few hours later stating that my dog is being taken to the vet due to groomer (Najeli) which had accidentally cut my pup’s ear. The assistant manager took my pup to the vet & I met her there. She explained the situation & was very courteous, however that does not take away from the fact of what the groomer did!! They had to sedate my pup & work on his ear, which took about 3-4 hours. My pup is home now & in so much pain. Horrible day.

    A great little pet store that has very friendly knowledgeable staff. There prices are very reasonable and sometimes they even have deals on second hand pet supplies. These guys have been very helpful answering any questions.

    Been coming here for a few years to buy feeder crickets for my ts. I don’t own any reptiles or fish, but am always impressed by the variety this shop has to offer. The store can get busy and crowded at times, but the staff is friendly and helpful – even if you only spend $10 every few weeks.

    Soo I really like this store. Lots of variety. Unfortunately their policy for livestock needs to be improved. I’ve lost multiple peices within the 24 hour window. My water quality was tested and found to have no issues. all they would do is give me a 15% discount on my next purchase. That’s not a company that stands by their product.
