What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. While this is the closest and most convenient store to our home, we have tried over the past few years to limit our use for several reasons.
    1. Prices are not the best in fishers.
    2. The coupon clipping, (either your stuff is on sale or it isn’t) putting items in bold numbers on super salt with fine print that it’s for digital coupon only is both confusing and frustrating especially for those who are older.
    3. I have rarely interacted with someone who has been happy to help. This morning was no exception.
I logged into the app and verified with my number on my phone. Clipped several coupons and zero of them applied at checkout when I used the number as an alternate id.

I went to the customer service desk and was told the card in the app and the number I used didn’t match. I showed the customer service person the verification text that was sent to the number I used when checking out, the same number the app gave me the option of using to verify. Instead, it logged into my other family members phone number. The lady was rude, inconvenienced and went out of her way to make me feel like I was wasting her time.

This place would be way more desirable to shop if it was not a challenge to efficiently choose items and the customer service was a little friendlier.

  2. This place is great if you like a rude staff all the way up to management. Go here if you want to be ignored and served behind people if you do not look like you are as wealthy as the others. Has been terrible for at least the past decade, but that can be attributed to the pretentious state of Fishers. It’s Indiana, take a chill pill and try to be kind, is only an issue faced this part of the state, everywhere else, people at least pretend to be nice. Bakery products are not bad though.

  3. The grocery pick up at this location is HORRIFIC. Every time we order we are missing several items “out of stock”. This last time I was fed up, so we went in to “shop” after picking up our order. To no surprise we found every single item we were shorted. All items were in their home locations. Meaning not on end caps or secondary locations. So the picker obviously never looked for the items. Pure laziness. We have several neighbors that say their orders are always the same.

Get it together Kroger. There is obviously a lack of management at this store.

  4. This location sucks. The parking lot is designed weird. The store is too small. The layout of the store is garbage. Once you learn where something is, they move it or put it in an end cap or in a completely different aisle.
Before 8:00am the store is less crowded but there’s 40 people restocking, and they have no idea what they’re talking about. They’ll either point you to the wrong place or lazily tell you, “We don’t carry that item anymore,” which is usually a lie… they just don’t want to open the box or go get it from the back.

  5. More and more, I am seeing Krogers doing away with cashiers. The prices are rising, and produce is looking worse. If you’re going to charge the prices, you do have cashiers and baggers. If not, discount your pricing if you expect customers to checkout and bag. This was once our main store, but we now try others since it’s not about service anymore.

Receive less, pay more at Krogers.

I placed a birthday order three days prior to the the B-day. On the day when I am supposed to pick up the cake, they said we can’t go by the theme you asked for because so and so. I would totally understand where they are coming from, but why would they wait till the day of the birthday to inform me that they can’t do it?!! Why I wasn’t told since day one that it is not possible and I was promised to get what I asked for?!!The lady was so rude . I asked to talk to her superior , she just hang up the phone on me! I called again and talked to the leader and I asked her why I was informed that late about the order not to be able done, they said , they were busy!!! I wouldn’t give even one star to them. So disappointed and frustrated!

I had gone to two Krogers in search of my favorite fall suckers. The caramel apple pops. It showed online that they had these suckers but they weren’t anywhere to be found. I found a staff member who stopped what he was doing and radioed someone. They found them in the back and he went and got me some. Nemo was such a help and it was so kind that he kept working until he found them. Not many stores would do that and it made my day! Thank you!

Sold chuck eye steak as ribeye, and ground beef that wildly spoiled 3 days before the best buy date. They’re either pushing their best buy dates to minimize waste, or mishandling fresh meat.

This is my local store. Can’t keep help to save them. Who runs this place? Need to get rid of some the old rude employees. Especially the Customer Service lady that is in the back (during the day). She is so rude to new cashiers. Look at your turn over rate! Shes part of your problem! Watched her be super rude to a new cashier that was trying to help me. Hello Kroger get to sniffing around this place

Also rotisserie chickens are never cooked always raw anymore. Have to bring it home and cook it.

I’ve shopped here for 12 years and spend an average of 1000.00 a month. I also get my prescriptions there. I’m finally done with the lack of items and the total lack of customer service in every department. This store needs to shut down or restart this store from the district mgr down to the baggers. I’m sure Mijers would love to have my $1000.00 per month. Bye bye Kroger.

Kroger’s a great place for either a full shopping trip or just to pick up a few items. Staff is always friendly and their self checkout lines are great!

I used to love Kroger. Now, they sell you expired food, old fruit and veggies, hoping you don’t notice. Very disappointing. This is the last store I visited, but this is the same case with the Kroger on E.86th St.

Customer Service has gotten so much worse. Trying to do online ordering now and they won’t let me place my huge grocery orders. I am going back to Shipt and ordering groceries from the local Super Target.
