Dr Ryan was thorough with an excellent bedside manner. The receptionist, I forgot their name, was amazing. There was a wait and they communicated constantly with everyone. No one complained because of how personable they were with all of us. That goes to show how engaged this wonderful person was with everyone. It’s a very warm, welcoming environment. I had no issues with all the nice ladies but I started experiencing nerve pain which I never had before going to this chiropractic and I would often get very painful neck adjustments and I was advised to go to another Dr. Also Barbara who gives the massages is super professional and the only reason I would go back. I come to find out I was making a minimum payment every month that does not satisfy the total amount being paid off in the 18 months that was told to me when I signed up. So check what you are paying for. They have lost me and my wife’s medical disc’s from my previous chiropracter and I’m being told that it is gone and I cannot replace the disc now. The Dr never called my wife when I asked her, to talk about my wife’s current medical situation that was hindering her from coming in. My wife would ask for light pressure and never receive it when she did come in. I feel like another car in an assembly line here at this place. Nothing is personal or tailored to you specifically. Your paying for the amenities you see unknowingly with surprise charges that I was never told about. Be aware if your considering to become a patient here. It’s disappointing because I really liked everyone there and felt I was receiving honest care but not the case. I was glad to see the office so close and because I’m an old man things don’t always work right, until I walk into the Joint and get adjusted. now climbing stairs is easy and pain goes away. it’s a better life with the Joint.
Very helpful front end associate . Braden was great, very attentive to my comfort level and my back feels much better now.
They use deep tissue massage guns at this location! I travel 45 minutes to see Dr Cye for a thorough and proper adjustment and his extensive holistic experience. This is my favorite one, I walk out feeling brand new every time.

Dr. Braden O’Dell is great and has been my to go to for a long while. Dr. Mark Dempsey and Dr. Cy Leatherbury have helped at times as well, and they’re all good and experienced. Front office staff have always been welcoming and personable.
I purchased a membership for my daughter last year who was under 18. Now the the receptionist tells me in order for me to cancel my daughter had to sign a cancellation form??! This is under bank, my card my money! This wasn’t disclosed to me when I signed up. Talk about bait and switch. Buyer beware!
