Saw Dr. G today and had a great experience. My wife and I have been going to a chiropractor for the past 15 years in NY and was referred to Corrective Spinal Care in Cape Coral. When you first walk in the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and welcoming. We say down with Dr. G and discussed what our goals were and set a great plan going forward. Dr. Giuliano is very competent at his job. He cares and knows how to take care of our spines. He is very patient with all of my questions.
I started going 2.5 months ago after nearly 4 years with a pain management chiropractor for migraine headaches. Since going to Corrective Spinal Care, I have had 4 headaches I’ve had to take migraine meds for. I normally would have taken 17. This is huge!
I’ve had these headaches 19 years. In year 20, I plan to have ZERO thanks to God and Dr. Giuliano.

Phenomenal place to treat for all of your chiropractic needs. Dina is an amazing manager. Dr. Phil, Dr. Taryn, Dr. Tracey and Dr. Carlos are great doctors and intuitive. I have hyper mobile joints, muscle spasms and arthritis. Dr. Carlos was able to pin point this issue and gave me a great adjustment with relief right away. The facility is clean, conveniently located and there is plenty of parking. 4 visits per month for $79.00 per month is more reasonable than my insurance copay. Plus I can go to any Joint location nationwide. The staff up front is very empathetic and make you feel welcomed! Would highly recommend! Dr Mel’s office is absolutely wonderful. My scheduling experience was great, the staff took time to answer all of my questions and helped coordinate the best time for me. My first visit went excellent as well, I’ve never been to a chiropractor so I already had some concerns in my head, but all were unnecessary! Erin was excellent, very friendly and explained everything very well. Dr Faith was amazing! My adjustment made me feel so much better and I cannot wait until my next visit.
My brother treated me to a massage when he came to visit. It was a wonderful and much needed gift. Dr. Mel’s staff were awesome friendly and Lauren did a fantastic job! Thanks so much.
